Has anyone any knowledge of a study on the relationship between one's Zodiac sign & the ability to Astral Project?  I am wondering if there's any direct correlation . . . . ?

You could try sendng a personal message to Vicky and to Justin about this. Perhaps they haven't noticed your posst here.
It's been discussed and many thought there wasn't much correlation. Being healthy, well-rested, and not too much meat seemed more important. Additionally Justin knows of food and herbs  to have in one's diet that help--figs and dates were two I reecall.

This isn't really an answer, I realize. :)

Oh, sorry I didn't realize it was an old topic. . .& thanks for the advice about the diet  . .actually, I have never eaten flesh, but cetainly figs & dates would be a pleasure to add to any meal!  Apparently an apple before bed time is also said to help, though I haven't found it to make any difference.  Maybe we should start a thread about what foods assist AP instead? :)
