My mom had twin baby boys who died soon after birth. Two years after that I was born (almost suffocated to death by umbilical cord). That was 37 years ago.

What happened to energies that incarnated in those two who died ? I suppose that was a rather quick "entry - exit" point. I read somewhere souls, before they are born, choose the place, parents, race, etc... before they decide to enter. Or did they decide to only experience the birth process and then leave ? Are those spirits currently "growing" in Astral plane alongside me here in physical ? Or maybe after the quick "entry - exit" those souls got back to their pre-enter form ? How do I know - were those "new souls" born or "old souls" trying a new experience ? How is a soul born/created anyway and who decides on it ?

I can't say that I know through experience what happens to such souls.  Nevertheless, I'll suggest a possibility. Those souls probably found other bodies to incarnate into. Regarding their birth not working out, perhaps it is simply a matter of biological processes not being perfect. Perhaps it isn't important for you to find out what happened to those souls. Perhaps your connected destiny changed once the bodies they tried to make use of didn't work.

I believe it is also possible that the twins will be waiting for you as part of your family when you cross over. Nothing can change the fact that you had/have two brothers, whether you spent 'time' with them or not. Their existence here on earth has affected your life and the lives of others. I believe there is a reason for that, and I, myself, wish I knew what it is, for personal reasons.

Perhaps, but there is probably a lot of leeway. Perhaps it is best to love the people you know about, rather than being concerned about people you don't know about.

This site is about retrievals and other possible types of exploration. Therefore, I don't find it unreasonable at all for you to be here concerned about your relationship to your deceased brothers. It would be a possibility, in my mind, that what you have imagined is true. However, I would be careful to examine whether or not you could have any misplaced feelings of responsibility for the lives that 'could have' been lived by the twins. I don't see anything particularly unreasonable about your idea, however.

This site is about active exploration. Perhaps meditation by yourself or another could bring about a greater understanding for you. If it happens that some information is gained that is meaningful for you, it might be worth the time.

I have not been able to confidently answer these questions for myself. But I am interested in anything you can find out.
