Has any body out there every heard their loved one ask them to help them get out of here 5 days after their sudden death from a car crash? I'm assuming my loved one mean't to get out of earths realm. She had just been buried and after I got home from the cemetary I heard her ask me for help.

Hi, welcome!

I didn't experience it myself, but I know it can happen. She may have some "earth issues" that keep her here. Ex.: fears, attachments, beliefs...

You can help her, it's easy. Relax your mind and put your focus on her. Talk to her, in your mind or verbally. Be lovely. Tell her that she must let go of her attachement and complete her transition. Tell her that there are people around to help her. She must open herself to receive help and perceive them.
