Can blind people see in dreams?why I ask this is because when out of body we are using are spiritual eyes,right?George

You don't need working eyes to dream if they are closed I suppose!

Depends if they were blind from birth, I guess they would dream with their existing interpretation of the world (remaining senses) if so. This interpretation of the physical world around us is no more or less real than the next person - maybe when we go out of body we are not using spiritual eyes as such, we are just perceiving whatever reality we choose to observe.

Good question though, really got me thinking :)

Birth-blind people report that their dreams are without sight, just like in the physical. I've heard though of a case when a birth-blind person had a near-death-experience that this person could see during the NDE.

People who once could see and then became blind, report to have both, visual and non-visual dreams.
