Title: Missing threads Post by betson on Sep 12th, 2008 at 4:29pm
Greetings Allan the Mysterious,
When I go to the forum index for spiritual healing, some entire threads are missing. I can't recall who started them but they may have had Sept. 11 or 'Arkady's brother' in their titles. (That's two that I know of--there may be more --?) What can I do? Betson Hey, I bet I'm missing quite alot here! :) |

Hmm... I did a quick search and found these two threads below. Could either of them be the ones you were looking for?

Hi Allan,
thanks for the prompt look-up. :) But the first one isn't one and the second one says I'm not allowed there, it's a lock-out or locked up or something. Now I do feel sad. Bets |

Good point... You probably need to be logged in, before you can see those threads.

Hi Allan,
Just for the record I was also logged in when all this happened. Then this morning I received an e-mail 'invitation' to go to one of the threads in question and I'm still locked out. I think any locking out was done accidentally . Below is the name of one site. Can you undo the locking out? (Locking out someone wasn't a moderator's optionthat I ever was told about.) "A reply, "Re: SHWP for Thursday September 11th (Eugene)", has been posted to a topic you are watching. View it at http://afterlife-knowledge.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?num=1219642039/8#8 ...." Thanks, Bets |

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, since you are the one that started that thread! I'll check it out and see what's up.

OK, finally figured it out...The thread was marked as "hidden" (by mistake, I assume). I took the "hidden" setting off, so you should be able to see it now.

So exactly what is "Moderator Group: Fort Myers TMI Group."
What is a Moderator Group? |
Title: Re: Missing threads Post by Allan on Sep 14th, 2008 at 12:51pm
The moderator group is a way of assigning a group of users to be moderators of forums, rather than having to assign individual moderators to the forums. The "Fort Myers TMI Group" is just a label. Since I didn't set this up, I don't have any more information than that.
