Hi George. once I went to a class where the teacher taught us to raise our arms through our subconscious powers of intention.

some could do it right away. I couldn't, but went home to practice. I was able to feel it moving upward, without conscious volition, but very very slowly. this appears to be some natural ability you have developed where you're using another part of your mind to control your brain impulse signals.

the hair on your hand rising up, is reminding me how a cat will arch it's back, the hair will stand up because it is experiencing it's emotion, making an energy field around it's physical body. so you say the cat has static electricity/aura/emotions  because all is basically energy anyway. the same with a human body, that around is like our energy field, or aura, invisible to the eye, except to clairvoyants.

I'd say you were feeling this energy, that you are, and that perhaps your hair follicles were acting as sense monitors...sound good! haha!

now, George, they say your hair will turn white if you get a bad fright. this is very curious, don't you think?

Perhaps this is a vetrsion of Bruce's silly little finger bending excercise designed to be in that moment of intention between the thought and the movement itself.

But this is a silly little hair raising exercise....

I think it is a manifestation of your intention.

While raising your hand because you tell it to is something everyone does all the time, the static hairraiser-thingy is odd. A couple of times a year I experience the same in back the upper neck/beginning of head area, it's a deliciously strange experience. I don't know why it happens, as my thoughts or actions can be anything when it happens.
