Hi Allen, I solved my own problem but I'm still curious about the update session button. I changed my internet service yesterday so I have a new IP address. this new IP caused me to lose my modify and delete options on posting.
it also happens that way if I log in from another computer, like on a trip. I get home and still have log out and log back in to get back the functions.

I never log out but in this case you have to. so today, just sharing, I at first didn't log out and log in as that solved my problems.

I hit "update session."  the puter asked me "who is your best friend?"

HAAARRRRR!!!!  For the life of me I couldn't remember. so I did a Home thing or went back to the previous page and logged out and in instead.

it seems the funny part, is everybody should be able to remember their best friend, shouldn't they?
I'd like to say it's the name of an ascended master. however, I just decided to skip the update session, and now it's no longer an option showing up.

just sharing I should have wrote down who my best friend is, as there's no way to retrieve that.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.  You should be able to see the security question and change the question and/or the answer in your profile:

1. Click the "Profile" button.
2. Click "Modify" button.
3. Enter your password, when prompted for it.

Then you should see it, down at the bottom of the page where it says, "Update Session".
