Tom worked with Monroe in his early experimentation. He is a physicist and an skeptical open-minded explorer.

Yes, he's well worth listening to, Phantasy Man.

I've recently bought his 3-volume book "My Big TOE" (Theory Of Everything), which is a big read, and is a thought-provoking explanation of how Everything - non-physical as well as physical, paranormal and normal - works and fits together, the first time anything like it has been attempted. The associated website (see http://www.my-big-toe.com/) also has a good discussion forum.

That 90 minutes of videoed info takes awhile to digest! I can only imagine that the book must be rather heavy :)

I really respect his message and effort in bringing it all together! Perhaps since he's in the physics field, he can get more scientists interested in consciousness studies.

I have his book. It's huge!! The section about beliefs have been very rough, especially because of the my ego.

For those who are willing to step in a non-belief mind set, it's a must.

I just found that Tom is the "TC (physicist)" described in Bob Monroe's second book Far Journeys.

I am up to around page 300 of the Trilogy and find it to be brilliant reading. It is reasonably easy to understand IMO and as in a book of this caliber I plan to read a second time when finished to fill in the gaps that inevitably happen in my case ;). Once you do get into what he has proved to himself about reality it makes certain things that you couldn't understand and question before become crystal clear. I think anybody who wants to 'know' should read this and then 'prove' it for yourself literally.
10/10 so far
