(Regarding my EX-Girlfriend)

You were in my dream last night. Most likely because you have been in my thoughts lately. It was an odd dream but I am a very odd guy. We were retired heroes of some sort, perhaps super heroes and we had broken up to go off and live our own lives. There were definitely more than just us but I the others were not included in this dream. Apparently people are spread out on habitable islands and I traveled to you by a really cool submarine/bubble. We met and talked about old times and you were trying to give me these two things and even though I wanted something to remember you by I decided you should keep them because they are things you like. As I left your island I saw your hero uniform (which was kind of like the dark x-men uniforms) floating in the water because you had just thrown it in as I left. I turned straight around and took it back to you and told you never to do that again. If the world needs us we must be ready regardless of the past and where our lives have led us.

this is cool dream which has a lot in it to look at. my impression is that you and your girlfriend have known each other in other lives where certain events took place and came about due to your and her efforts which had positive benefit, perhaps to many people.
this is my belief system obviously which i won't force on you  :) just my interpret.

so you have this connection and able to dream visit with her, as though she's an ex, the connection continues on the soul level if there's a need. apparently, the need is that she threw away the hero uniform, which means to me, she needed your pep talk, as that's like throwing out the courage to live, within the ideals one struggles towards, their intentions for incarnating..she lacked the motivation perhaps to continue. So I'd say the dream is a display, within symbology, of a very real visit with her within your higher awareness stations.
