Title: a retrieval
Post by Ginny on Mar 3rd, 2008 at 7:47pm

Hi all,

Once through my preparatory process and filling with the feeling of love, I thought I’d just float in the blackness and wait for a Helper to appear. I was having trouble focusing, my mind wandering back to events in physical reality, so I decided to visit my park in F27. I learned long ago that it was a good place to focus attention, often beyond what I at times have trouble achieving while in the physical.

My park was in full summer-time bloom. Lots of trees, soft grass and flowers, a breeze rippling the pond surface, lots of small birds skipping from one tree to the next, and warm sunshine everywhere (it’s raining today so the sunshine felt good---lol). I sat on my wooden bench and just took in my place, noting changes and new residents, as I always seem to with each visit.  I decided years ago to make my little park available to all animals and wildlife, so ‘new residents’  are always coming and going I guess, whatever they want to do.

After awhile I stretched out on the bench and relaxed, closing my eyes and concentrating on feeling the warm, golden sunshine. The thought came to me that if Helpers were coming they would appear there in the park, so I allowed myself to be surrounded by the warmth in the bench’s wooden slats, relaxing even more. At one point I decided to focus attention away from the bench and flew straight up, observing everything from what looked like round 100 yards. After more flying around in a sitting position I settled back on the bench.

Within a few minutes I was aware of two individuals hovering nearby, silhouetted between the sun and myself. I sat up and was then looking over to my left at two women in long cotton dresses, with aprons and small caps. Their dress reminded me of 1800’s prairie life, or European peasants/maids. They appeared to be almost twins because of their identical clothing, and for all I knew maybe they were. I could instantly feel they weren’t interested in casual conversation and I communicated that if they wanted my assistance in a retrieval, I would be happy to follow along. The three of us started moving away from the park and I followed for a few seconds in darkness.

A beautiful landscape opened up before us--endless blue sky, what was either an ocean inlet or lake backed by a mountain range way off in the distance. There were trees, dense foliage (almost jungle like), just about everywhere and because of the orange color of sunshine I had the feeling it was late afternoon. We were standing on a huge outdoor floor made of white granite or marble, with a single, wide supporting column of the same in front of us. I looked up and realized there was a ceiling. I at first couldn’t get my attention off the round column, but I finally became aware of voices beyond it and moved in that direction.

Standing at the corner of the building I looked down and could see several children playing in an area that had been cleared of trees. I got from the two women that I was to approach the children…carefully. Following their advice I sauntered over to the play area and a little girl about 5-6 years of age caught my eye. She had long, light brown hair and was running and squealing with joy as she played with the others. She then suddenly became aware of me and stopped, standing perfectly still, suspicious. I smiled, said hi and she refused to respond.  In asking her name I eventually got back, Tracy. The idea came to me that maybe I was intimidating to her because of our height differences, so I sat down on the grass and just smiled some more. I told her my name and she continued to bore holes in my head with her eyes. A young boy around 12 years with blonde hair was suddenly by Tracy’s side, in casual pants and shirt, fear in his eyes but he was prepared to defend her too. I told him my name and asked his, and he said, Bobby. Instantly another boy appeared with the first two--he was around Tracy’s age with dark hair and more formal clothing than Tracy and Bobby.  I got that his name was Alexander and there was something ‘Spanish‘ about him. I could also feel that all three would never offer last names. And they made no attempt to come near me.

As I continued smiling and hopefully projecting a calmness, I also felt love for each child and I could sense that they were relaxing a little with me. I wondered why they were here and got back sexually assaulted, murdered, possibly two were victims of pedophiles. I was in a world in the BST, in a kind of vast playground where it was safe to simply be a kid.

Alexander started making odd movements and it seemed he was becoming anxious. Shaking his hands as if trying to get something off them, he would then wipe his hands on his shirt and pants. He was looking off in the distance as if remembering something, becoming more frustrated as he wiped his hands more vigorously. Standing, remaining open to direction from Helpers on how best to handle the situation, I got that it would be okay to suggest that their families were waiting for them. Something caught Tracy’s attention and I could feel a female presence approaching her…and she was taken away. Alexander didn’t seem to be aware of me anymore as he was visibly becoming more distressed. Bobby stood his ground, uncertain. I asked him if he’d like to go and he responded with something about how he was taught to never go anywhere with strangers. I could feel he was worried about Alexander too, so when I stepped forward and picked him up, Bobby actually seemed relieved. Alexander calmed down enough so the three of us could start walking away. I could feel Helpers around us and I got that the Reception Center in F27  was our destination. Within a matter of seconds we simply walked into that landscape and I put Alexander down. Both boys were immediately surrounded by several people.

As the scene faded I took a few minutes to float and wonder about the kids and then finally returned to waking physical consciousness.

Thanks for listening.

Much love,

Ginny

Great retrieval Sis; it's what i call by the book...:)

Children's are; for me anyway a bit hard to get their trust in a retrieval scenario.

Lots of them don't want to really talk or go because they were told not to go/talk with strangers which is fine, but the helpers are always there to give a boost which is very helpful..

Have you notice if you've change  your appearance when you do those retrieval; meaning like when you pick the little boy up; maybe he saw you as a different person. with the help of the helpers....could it be it..maybe a relative; was always wondering about this..?? any ideas ??..:)

Way to go.
Much love Romain

Hi Romain,

I wasn't focused on my appearance during the retrieval, which doesn't mean that I could have been dressed a certain way for the benefit of the children. That has happened a lot, finding myself in period outfits or appearing as someone significant to ease fear. I sometimes know before a retrieval how I will appear, and why, but often it just happens as the event unfolds and I may notice my appearance, may not.

Helpers always seem to be nearby. Any thoughts/feelings I get from them do guide me. Picking up Alexander to calm him just happened--it was an instantaneous feeling/knowing that it was okay to do it. And it convinced Bobby to go with us too. I'm sure I would have been stopped if it had not been a good thing to do. The feeling I got to pick him up was probably from the Helpers anyway.

One the the coolest things I ever saw a Helper do was at a crowded party in a large home in a BST world. He was tall, dressed casually and wearing a huge sombrero...and he was dancing, having a great time. His sombrero kept flopping up and down as he moved to the beat of the music, grinning, letting me know what was going on, who needed help---(lol)!

Much love,

Gin

When I first started retrieving I'd find myself in different outfits--some not making sense at all til the retrieval was over and Helpers would either let me know why or it would become obvious. I just let it happen because Helpers know what's best. Why mess with a great system?----lol

Much love,

Sis

Thank you for sharing that Ginny.  It's amazing how much detail you can bring back with you.  My retrieval attempts usually seem to be kind of fuzzy and indistinct, particularly in regards to visuals (to be honest, i don't often attempt these when in C1 consciousness).   I usually remember much more detail with dream remembered retrievals.

Do you think it's possible that if a human becomes balanced and attuned enough, that their energy can be used by non physical helpers (if there is a prior agreement) in a less conscious way, kind of like acting like a more automatic channel or bridge in a sense?  Been wondering about that lately.

Hi Justin,

When you say "in a less conscious way", are you talking about a dream state, or when a person is actually awake but the majority of their focus of attention is in an alternate reality? Just want to make sure I understand you :).

 Hi Ginny,

I guess what i mean is, when most people do retrievals when they are in a waking state, usually  their in some kind of meditative, relaxed state and send an intention out that they would like to help in retrievals or they become aware of the need for same while relaxing.   Then often they bring back info about the retrieval and person being retrieved.

I was wondering if some people (or many), people who are already very consciously service type Souls (who are in service jobs in C1, remember dream retrievals, and have consciously done retrievals and who are attuning to PUL more and more), may help out in retrievals in more automatic ways while their conscious focus is shifted to C1 (and to "regular" day to day activities) but their energy is being used by nonphysical helpers to create bridges to stuck folks, again in a more automatic way and their not always consciously aware of it.   Presuming there is some kind of pre agreed contract with the nonphysical helpers to let themselves be used in that way.

I guess it doesn't really matter and the question doesn't seem to have much merit.

Justin,

Sorry it took me a few days to get back with you. Just got back from being out of town.

Your question has a lot of merit and in my own opinion, yes, what you're describing can and does happen. As a matter of fact I feel we're not new to retrieving, and 'discovering' it in this life is part of an agreed upon plan anyway. Bruce described in one of his books doing an important retrieval while drinking a beer at a sports bar.

I prefer having the majority of my consciousness focused in the afterlife somewhere when I retrieve. I like using my mind's eye and nonphysical senses--but that's just me  :). All of us are hardwired with these abilities. What can take a bit of time is learning to trust the process. But like Bruce says, getting your own proof makes a huge dif.

I get the feeling that helping others in the afterlife is important to you.

Much love,

Ginny

Hi Ginny-

I'm wondering, are you the same Ginny who used to be on this board several years ago?

No worries and thanks for the reply Ginny.  You confirmed what i was feeling and thinking about this.  Helping others in general is usually important to me, when self doesn't get too much in the way.

hi Ginny. my heart goes out to those kids. I think I know why the boy was wiping his hands. thanks for helping them from my heart.

in regards to the clothing we wear out there as well we can take it one step further that we can and do sometimes shapeshift our forms and it happens automatically, and I assume with guides assistance according to the circumstance. in that sense, even the body we wear can be seen as a type of clothing for the spirit.

just recently I showed up in an obe circumstance, looked down at myself and I was wearing a pony tail and 50's clothing. then I looked at the fellow next to me and saw, it wasn't me who had dressed this way, he had projected the clothing unto me...lol...

thanks again Ginny, glad you returned here, for sure. love, alysia

Hi Alysia,

Why he was wiping his hands, what he was suddenly remembering--it was enough to make me want to stop that and get his attention onto something else. What he was suddenly going through wasn't pretty. I had the feeling that some of the details of his bad experience were, out of respect for him, to be left unsaid--which was interesting. You guessed correctly, on why he was wiping his hands.

Oh yea, how we appear to people stuck in the afterlife has usually been something that just happens. I wish I had focused on my appearance when the two women led me to the playground, because I wondered later about their clothing.

Love you,

Gin

Ginny,

So great to see you here and sharing your experiences.   It's a treat to see how someone else handles these situations that require patient confidence and the advantage of learning from previous experience.

Howdy Bruce,

Thank you and I'm happy to be here. I have another one I'm typing up with a couple of twists that took me by surprise. There's always something new that can be learned in retrieving. It remains, by far, the most rewarding afterlife activity for me.

Much love,

Ginny

Hi Ginny!

gordon phinn here, two months after everyone else, and so glad to see you back in the saddle!  in your long absence (at least it seemed long to me) I sometimes would get out the print ups of your old retrievals for inspiration.  I never tire of plugging into your flow of what I'll call "intelligently applied compassion".

love from beautiful springtime ontario,

gordon

Oops! Gordon, I didn't see your post til now. It's been difficult for me to sit at the computer for more than 10-15 minutes at a time--a nerve/muscle problem that has been getting better. So, I miss stuff. Sigh, getting older :-/.

Thanks for the compliment but in all honesty, look to Helpers for the 'intelligence' factor---(lol). I was so happy to be able to participate in retrieving that I at times said and did the wrong things, but the Helpers were prepared for anything I guess. I made them laugh, though--- :D.

Much love,

Gin
