This was this morning around 9 am - to my knowledge there wasnt any wind, theres no trees directly behind my house large enough to cast such a shadow above the house, theres not a flag hanging anyway so to cast such a shadow. And I ran behind the house and looked up at the chimney hoping to find smoke which may have caused such a shadow to be cast across to the house infront of mine...but there was no smoke.. I pulled out my camera and took 30 sec. videos directly after another from inside of the house.

What could this have been?

There are 2 other ones - each time it shows up and then goes away.

I don't know how to fix the problem.  When I tried the video I got a message that says I am not connected to the "intranet".  I wonder if it has to do with how you loaded your videos??  I have no idea, but I will ask Allen in the technical forum if he has any ideas ok?

DOES ANYONE have any idea what this could be?

I am serious, there was nothing above the house be able to reflect across the street like that - and even if there were then the wind should have been swaying something awful for something to move that swiftly, but there wasnt really even a breeze.

Keep in mind the videos are 30 seconds apart, I ran out back on my porch looked up towards rooftop of complex and saw nothing, ran back in and took another 30 seconds. Within I`d say.approx...2 min. it was gone!

When looking at it thru video it looks as if its "flat" however when I saw it it appeared to be sort of 4 D like, rounded. I at first thought it was black smoke coming from the basement of my neighbor across the street. That elderly lady across the street probably thought I was crazy standing at my window with my camera stretched at her house...lol..

It's interesting and definitely weird!  It really does look like the shadow of a flag blowing, but as you say that isn't the case.  Normal or paranormal, I have no ideas what it could be.  

I ran around the friggin house vickie, looking for anything that may have reflected- and then I ran back in really really quick like... The shadow however goes from the side of the window to "directly" under the window in one of the vids and that is what blew me away.

On a clear day, the sunlight can cause shadows of objects which are very far away, because the rays of the sun come in (almost) parallel. That's the only explanation I have.
Often, when the sun is shining in my window, suddenly it gets dark and then light again; it are shadows of birds, flying somewhere between my room and the sun.

It does look like wings flapping!

If that house has a vent near the ground from the laundry dryer or heater, it can send up steam that might make a cloud/shadow. Might---- I don't know for sure.
