Yes, and things become even more miniscule when we compare one moment of thought and emotion on the grand scale of an entire human life. Therefore, perhaps it is not such a good idea to place too much significance on a momentary conclusion, which is inevitably only a very brief step on a long staircase to the Truth.

I read that Monday was considered the "most depressing" day for people in my part of the world. It is the dead of winter. The "depressing" day is a statistical fact.

Well, mine arrived a day late. The afternoon saw me fall into a peculiar depression which did not let up all evening. My partner was on the phone with me and I was in a "mood" and he was in "helping" mode.

Finally, exasperated by the unwanted negative attention, after ruminating uselessly over the many possible variables leading to my depressed state of mind, and after listening to his "warning" that someone who has "fluctuating hormones" would be like a "speed freak" trying to do quiet meditation (ha ha ha ha ha), I finally got the message!!!!!!

This is stupid and ridiculous to be upset over NOTHING, I announced loudly.

He could not change my mind. I no longer had a problem. I got off the phone, because I had "phone ear" from listening to all his advice, which was no longer needed.

HA HA HA HA It's great to be a nonentity. There's nothing better in this universe!!!!!
