Title: My sister's retrieval Post by Vee on Dec 20th, 2007 at 3:01pm
Some of you might remember a post I made called My brother's retrieval when my brother Wayne passed away. Now, my sister Wanda has just passed away, she was in care with dementia for a few years. I am so relieved she has passed over and went in for a couple of days to try to find her and see if she needed help. After about four days I finally connected with her, due to looking at a photo of her as she really was before getting sick (I think I have successfully put in the photo attached to my posts now I hope) and I took her, as usual, to the Park, where my brother and dad are. (Is there someplace else to take people?? Anyone know??) I went to the tunnel and found her nearby, almost like waiting for me, (I had taken her to the Park previously when she was in care quite a while ago, maybe she remembered it) and we found ourselves walking through the rose garden and to the picnic area, then I took her around the pathway curving to the left and to dad's house. Dad mentally telepathed to Wayne, our brother, to tell him to come over, Wanda was here, and I left them there, it felt kind of confused and jumbled, I could not settle properly. Later in the morning, as I was dropping off for a dark-morning winter snooze, I found myself in a subterranean cavern with a large crystal clear pool in it. It felt familiar, like one I saw years ago during a reading for someone, but it was smaller and had only one visible storey. The pool was very clean and clear and I walked around it and onward and felt a presence, looked to my right and there stood my sister, smiling at me. She approached me like, she had left dad's house to go wandering and exploring and had gone into the cavern to look around. We hugged each other hard and walked out of the cave back to dad's house and I told her how much I loved her and appreciated all she had done for me from childhood on. At dad's house we hugged, the three of us, in a big bear hug, felt great, my dad needs lots of hugs, and as I dozed there in my bed in my body, half asleep, suddenly I was looking at the flames in the firepan in dad's fireplace, and realized they were gas flames of some sort, and we were sitting around the fire, and my brother was there also, and we were having a hot drink and feeling like real family feelings, so good. That was it. Has anyone else seen the caverns underneath The Park? Or did I, the eternal question, just imagine the caves and the pool??

Hi Vee,
I haven't visited there but I recall reading an essay on (I think) 'The Madonna of the Rocks' by daVinci, where the author was knowledgeable about mystical experience and he said that daVinci was also. Then he went on for quite awhile about the history and mystical significance of a cavern and pools. That was some years ago but I'll try some searches for it and see if i can find some links for you. Your sister's passing has given you another means f experiencing the afterlife. I regret you've lost your siblings on this side, but how wonderful that you can all get together over there! Bets |

Thanks, Bets. Nice to "hear your voice" again after being away a while. My sister was up to her eyes in the twelve step program, and when she finds out that Wayne is growing mary jane over there...I don't know what she will say, really!!

I love reading these retrievals. They are all so interesting and informative.
They give such HOPE! I am so glad that religion does not really play a part in people's lives as much as we are lead to believe in the 3D. People can believe whatever religion they want....I do not care as long as they don't shove it down my throat it is fine. ( I used to belong to a Religious Ministry 30 some odd years ago and I am so glad I 'saw the light' about that) To have the ability and the skill to see your sister is simply awesome. I know I saw my wife's Father in a lucid dream earlier this year. We didn't say anything...we just hugged. It was a 'Park' setting so I can't tell you if this was 'Thee Park'. I was not all THAT aware at the time. It was sunny outside and seemed like a picnic of some sort was going on. My Father in Law had that big grin on his face that we all knew so well. He walkeddown a small incline and out stretched his arms and hugged me. That was IT. It simply told me that he was A-OK. No worries. I told my Mother in Law about 'the dream'. However, I didn't 'preach' to here about astal travel, or the Park, Focus Levels or any of that stuff. It would have just confused her. She is very Catholic and I leave it at that. BUT, she did agree that I did see 'Jack' her husband. She believes that is possible. I wanted her to feel Ok about it. She misses him so. She is 80 years old now. For me to tell her that her 'Religion' is a falsehood would just be mean at this point. (I really can't stand that religion or any 'organized' christian religion for that matter) I didn't get along with my In Laws early on in my marriage to their precious daughter. Having two kids and sticking with the marriage for close to 25 years really warmed up the relationship between me and them. Having two well behaved respectful children (well, at least outside our home. hehe) didn't hurt either. My son who is 23 now always hand writes his Grandma and stops by to see her when he is in town. My Mother in Law likes to tell me now how I am no different then any of her other 7 children. That is a LOT for her to say. That means a lot to me. To be included with in their very tight knit Irish Catholic Family is something to cherrish. Sorry, didn't mean to high-jack your thread. Your post just remined me of that lucid type dream. The term The Park just semed to 'click'. I didn't realize that maybe that is exactly where I was at that point in time. Once again...I do not know you Vee but, that was a cool little tidbit of info about meeting your sister like that. Also...once again...Sorry for the side tracking on my part... -Dood |

That's a neat experience too, Dood!
Hearing about reunions also shares hope! Vee, I can't find the reference I thought I could. It might be in that book 'Holy Blood, Holy Grail,' if you can find one easily, but I'm not sure. Underground pools and caverns, I seem to recall, have to do with bringing light and life into darkness. The fact that it is reflections of light mixed with reflections of any persons nearby is given alot of importance---but regretfully I can't recall in what way ! Lots of help I am. :-[ Bets |

Thank you both, Dood and Bets, for your comments. I loved all you said! Threads are made to be highjacked, Dood, that's what makes it all so continually fascinating. It does sound like you were in The Park doesn't it? Although there are other places too, and so far I haven't found them, but I know they are there. Some of my loved ones are not in the Park but I know they are living in some places like the Park, because I have stumbled across them briefly while meditating or dreaming, and I see them but they have not been as accessible to me as are my people in the Park so far. Bets, I looked up the reference to da Vinci you mentioned, but not much there, though it is very interesting to get to read the personal commentaries that da Vinci made upon the principles he noticed while pondering things in nature. It's nice to read his own words. But I think I will get Joseph Campbell's books from the library, there may be stuff about caverns and pools in there. Thanks for the note about bringing light to darkness, that's a big job...if I did even a little sliver of light-bringing, it sure feels good. You must be a big reader, Bets. Thanks for all your comments. Vee

Hi Vee and all, don't have much to add, just waving at y'all. Vee asked if anyone seen the caverns under the park, no, but I'm sure there's so much we all cannot see, just in one retrieval, as we have different thought patterns we work within as like symbols of the other realities we encounter.
I believe lucid dreams are a reflection of those other realities, as well as obes and phasing and altered states can be also, a glimpse into those other realities. that is good Dood knows he received contact within his own and was able to bring some comfort to grandmother. family so often show up in the dreamscape, it cannot be discounted as just a dream in our society as more people open up to the possibilities, that this is a fine avenue to break out of regimented belief systems. u r so right, that grandmother is comforted by her own beliefs and there is no need to poo on anyone's parade, not even in the retrieval areas, no one is forced, it is a very free area of activity. love, alysia ps. I hope u keep up the dancing Vee. |
