Title: Retrieval from awhile back Post by LaffingRain on Oct 29th, 2007 at 11:24pm
just thought I'd plump up the retrieval thread a bit. a couple years ago a poster who hung out here for a bit asked me to do a retrieval. I was pretty fresh at it but said for him to give me some time, a couple weeks to think on it and then I'd get back with him.
what I was doing was setting night time intention, (do this retrieval) then going to sleep and essentially, it worked, if I thought about it, to be willing for a few minutes to concentrate the desire to be helpful and also to experiment for myself what I could do, or couldn't do. so after a few days of pondering on this I did the retrieval and it was a success. heres a short? run down. I wake up in my dream and I am on a porch knocking on a door. It appears nice wood, dark color, solid, an apt building I think. An asian lady appears to look at me through just a crack in door, suspicious who's knocking. I put on my Mary Poppins act to sooth her worries. but she not buying it and tries to shut door. I have to think fast, something I'm not used to doing, so I place my hand on door and quickly mention the relative she has who sent me, I believe her brother-in-law. she has hope in her eyes at the mention of relatives and the fear disappears and she lets me come in. right away I am taken to notice her very shiny black hair, cut to like around the shoulders, thick and strong hair, very black indeed and shiny as I said, curled under just a bit. this good thing to remember as later turns out to be a verification with my customer/the poster. As I enter I look around to notice she is not making this apt her home, looks like a place where one gets a room when traveling, nice, but nothing personal there to make it a home, rather sparse furniture, but clean and tidy. seem like the late turn of the century type style, solid polished wood everywhere. So I tell her we are taking her to a family reunion, is she ready to go? for you newbies, sometimes retrievers take them to focus 27. I never could find my way to 27, so I hand that over to guides. then she gets excited and I share her excitement. Finally, she's thinking I can finally get out of this apt and be with my family. so I'm standing there realizing I forgot to ask for guides and I have to think this thru. some part of me goes to ask for guides to come and take the lady to her family reunion. I have a few minutes to wait for this, and I tell her to start packing which she does. then I notice the car drive up with two of her family members, young laughing girls they are in the back seat, she is like the aunt or great aunt of these. we get in the car, seems rather old car and I decide to ride aways with them even though I know the driver is the guide I sent for and all is well as far as the retrieval is concerned. my reward consists of the satisfied smile on the Asian lady's face and the PUL coming from her that she is going home now. thanks for the read. love, alysia oh forgot, the poster originally asked someone to do a retrieval because a ghost had sat on his bed and scared his wife. after the retrieval I asked did the ghost come back? he said no, it never came back. and he verified the woman had this kind of hair. also I mentioned to the Asian lady, about sitting on physical people's beds like that, why she did it? she said she was so lonely, she was trying to make contact, and didn't know how. |

A ride up with laughing relatives/helpers, deep black hair confirmed and ghost gone- looks like everything's allright! :)
