Just a note dear friends on a recent event -- one that I am hoping reoccurs frequently. Having practiced so long with flexing my consciousness muscles, I achieved a new entry/exit. Normally, those having an OBE report pops, buzzing, vibrations. For me, this time, nothing. I had closed my eyes and relaxed and then opened my "eyes" to see myself nose-to-ceiling. I thought that this couldn't be right. So I decided to close my nonphysical eyes and reopen my physical eyes. Sure enough, it worked. No sudden bump, no jerk, the smoothest, most unobtrusive exit/return I have had thus far.

This occurs after a series of "dreams" wherein, I am being guided up to a "new level" on a platform. This dream was followed by two days of strange physical sensations, a "snake" dream that I was informed was the manifesting of a new awareness, which lasted three days can came with it waves of heat that felt like I was in a sauna. By the fourth day, I was told that my awareness had changed, but my adaption to it would come as I could accomodate. Still haven't figured it out to any degree. I'm sorta "la-la-la" about it, as Rosie McKnight reminds me. Joy, Joy, Joy.
