Hello everybody. I am new to this board, so i'll start with a short introduction. Im male, 26, and reside in adelaide, south australia. i have always been heavily interested in all things spiritial/psychical (is that a word?) and i have some psychic abilities, which i think my mother passed down to me. weird things always happen to me, ie streetlights turn off when i drive/walk under them!! even when i just look at them. happens ALL the time. anyway.

a family friend who is roundabout the same age as me and i had known all my life commit suicide about a year ago. she came to me about a week later, while i was awake and reasonably conscious. she said that altho she felt bad and even embarrassed that she left in the way that she did, it was her time. and that she had alot of work to do, she was going back to school! she left in a hurry, and basically said she wanted to make some contact, and now she had to move on and start her new 'life'.

so about 5 days ago she visited me in a dream. we stood in our kitchen, and i was so excited to see her and find out what she has been doing!!! i asked her a ton of questions about the afterlife, and she answered every one of my questions. i remember thinking 'finally!!!! i know the answers!!!' i have forgotten most of what she told me (damn!) but what i remember is that she said the 1st stage of the afterlife is like the tv/movie version of heaven, anything you want, u can have or create!! the world is your oyster, so to speak. then, when the time is right, you can decide to goto classes/school to further your spiritial growth, and move on and up. she came to me at a time when she had 'graduated' the first lot of her classes, and was on holidays! the other thing she said that stuck in was 'dont think hell doesnt exist, because it does!!' i said 'REALLY?' shes nodded emphatically. i gave her a hug, and then the dream ended.

so after this strange things started happening, all sorts of spirits started to visit me from the other side when i was trying to get to sleep! good ones and bad ones. this happened for about 3-4 days, until i got in touch with a friend's mother who is a medium/psychic/helper, she does alot of rescue work for lost spirits and helps them move on to the light. she told me some affirmations to say, and they have worked a treat.

the thing that has really cemented my belief that this dream really happened is that after the dream i started doing research here on the net, and found bruce's site, and alot of what he says of the afterlife exactly matches up to what my friend (katherine) told me! makes me kinda excited! i am merely at embryonic stages in exploring this whole side of things, but i cant wait to learn more, and have OBEs and the like!

Bravo that you are accepting of the information and contact you were given!

The slight variations of your friend Katherine's report from what Bruce has written are what make this board an exciting place to exchange glimpses, experiences, ideas! Did she say when the hell can be experienced?  If it is during that first stage when we get anything we want (preferably a heaven), I wonder if she meant that some people choose or construct their hell then?  That's sort of the consensus here, if we have consensus. Do you expect to be in contact with her again? If so, could you ask her when hell is experienced?

thanks for telling us this and welcome Mikizee. you seem like a natural already. glad u found your way here and please keep us up to date. :)  I wish you could remember what she said too. Ironically in the beginning retaining conversations tidbits is a little hard, but just last night I recalled more conversation than I ever have in an obe.

so patience I guess and reading up helps.  your friend bypassed any hell regions so maybe it was just her time and choice? she must have done a life review really fast, good for her!

I think you opened up a portal in your aura with the other spirits coming unwanted..same thing happened to me years ago, although it wasn't anything negative particularly for me.

thats a very interesting read! people have always told me i look far younger than 26, i still get asked for ID. and im working on telekenisis as we speak. i know in my heart i can do it, easily. just have to better harness what i have inside of me. i will be going to some psychic development classes as of next week. as i said, i know i am only in the embryonic stages of what i know is possible.

so, as for having OBEs, where do i start? any books on meditation anyone can recommend? maybe hemi sync? feel free to let me know.

i have a feeling katherine may not visit me for a while. shes busy doing her own thing. this just reminded me of an amazing story that happened a few days after she died.

it happened to the brother of katherine's older sister's best friend. (if that makes sense). i cant remember his name, so lets call him scott. scott's mother is an automatic writer. she has been doing it for years. it seems some of her skills have passed down to scott. the night that scott found out katherine had died, (he wasnt friends with her, but had met her a few times) he was sitting at his computer. all of a sudden, he became overcome with emotion, and burst into tears!!! he cried his eyes out. he was telling me he was thinking 'shit, why am i so upset? snap out of it! this is crazy!' he suddenly had a strong desire to open up word and start typing.  before he could even think, a poem had emerged. it referenced to people he had never met, things that he had never heard of happening, and nicknames he didnt recognise. he didnt know what the hell it was, so he showed it to his mother. she was amazed, and said 'I have to show this to chris!!! (katherine's mother).

it turns out that katherine wrote alot of poetry, exactly in the style that he had written. (he had never written a poem before). it spoke about her friends and her children, using her pet names for her kids that only her and a few other ppl knew!! i have asked for a copy of the poem, and i'll post it when i get it!!

has anyone heard of Anthony Grzelka? he did a reading with my mother, and she was absolutely blown away with is dead on accuracy. katherine came thru to him too, and he knew she had 2 kids, and she didnt  actually mean to die, (she took 75 panadols, obviously not realising that paracetamol is probably the WORST thing you can take alot of). however after passing she knew that it was her time. i have applied for a reading. he described her case as 'an absolute tragedy'. which it was, of course.

anyway thats more than enough of a long post for tonight!

hi Mik  just from reading about Catherine it appears she's working as a helper on the inner realms to bring the truth to others that we don't actually die. a lot of people don't believe in the afterlife, they think when yer dead yer dead.

so I noticed a lot of my own family members work these areas when they can and sounds like she is sort of like a natural at it..not everyone can get through, and not everyone is as sensitive as you and Scott and your mom.  so thanks for posting this up as it might help someone out there, u never know, to believe. love, alysia

I like the way you had explained that. That what you had was a "wake up call". Yes, according to research done by quailfied persons, I had been able to luckily locate on Jenseits-de.com alot of information on this subject. Your friend had visited you from the planes. When a loved one does this, it usually means that they are trying to tell you that they are still alive and well. Its a loving gesture. The graduation of which your friend speaks of, are the levels of consciousness. In the planes our spirits learn, work and grow. And the formation of heaven and hell lays within the consciousness of the spirit so therefor also this information is correct to an extent. Since I know what it feels like to experience a suicide of a loved one, I find it very important for you to reflectively learn why such happened in your arena of emotions.
