Hi guys,

I read everything I can get my hands on, on the topic of OBE , astral, etc.

This book is a good read. Sometime with Authors they can go on for like 10-20 pages about one OBE and I find it exhausing to keep focus.

This one is fast paced but very comprehensive. I love reading about the Monroe institue.

It would also be good for friends and family without being too intense and bizarre......

I have the book, and believe it is worth reading. Talks about the soul group idea with some depth, as opposed to the disc viewpoint. Speaks as if the goal of life is to seek union with God. Paul writes about a very nice encounter with Christ. What he experienced is closer to what Rosalind Mcknight experienced, rather than what Robert Monroe and Bruce Moen have experienced.
