This is a entry taken from my dream notebook I found, after a search for it.  I amused me a lot and I know you will enjoy it too:

"Stephen, you have several rubber bands on your wrist representing different realities including physical.  Now Stephen, you can see all of them at once right now, can you tell me which one is more real than the other?"

I reply, "Well, they all look real to me.  I can perceive all of them.  When I don't perceive them, they still exist..."

My question sort of combines this theme with something you wrote on another thread regarding your  asking for PUL and receiving it.---Does it come into your system through your crown area? Still high on the head but lower than the lotus chakra?

I sense a golden band that comes into my skull on both sides. The band's two parts then join about two body lengths above me, but I'm 'not supposed to' look or touch any of it directly. I broke one strand from its attachment to me about a month ago by physically doing a strange stretching and crunching motion as I awoke. Immediately I felt an inner form on that side of me fall down through my body and braced myself to stop it. It seemed to have a sense of doom about it.
Above me the golden band was starting to recede. When I appealed to Guidance, etc I could not feel any energy field change as it usually does. Faintly I got an image of a candle burning and another candle being lit from it, so I imagined a couple of spiritual people I know and one had energy so I imagined going to that person and physically leaning into their golden band with my head.  That took a moment but it restored my connection and gave me a great sense of relief.  I felt like if I had lost the connection, something awful would result.
Does that relate to your sense of receiving PUL?

I can get a concept of the golden band on my skull.  Being a computer savy person since 1992, I tend to perceive it as electricity flow. :)  As for breaking a band, I get a sense that breaking it is not applicable in this sense.  (The Matrix quote just felt relevant.)  Then again, I have never been afraid of having my link severed because it has become the source of my nourishment ever since I became uninterested in physical attactments or status symbols like cars and houses.  

Sure, I allow myself to desire the experience of these earth toys, but I see them as toys to have fun with rather than status symbols.   ;)
