Title: Sending Healing & PUL to u an unborn child Post by daiseymae on Feb 8th, 2007 at 3:25am
Hi Gang,
Yesterday I found out my daughter (long lost to me through the world of METH), is pregnant again. The first child is happy and safe living with his other grandmother. I am worried about this child though. A strange turn of events took place and long story short she is now in rehab. The first time in 7 years. She would spit me to the pits of hell if she could (I know there is no hell), but no matter with that she and the baby are safe for now anyway. I guess my question is will by daughter's negative attitude towards me in anyway block the love I send to the baby. I have tried so many times to connect with her telepathicly but all she sends me back is a whopper of a headache. When I send her love she sends me back heartache. I gave it to god long ago and picked up the pieces and rebuilt happiness. Don't feel sad for me, I am doing remarkably well. I was amazed at the cooperation that I got from the police dept and CPS. Legally there is nothing I can do but they were willing to provoke her and when she lashed out they gave her an ultimatum and she chose rehap. Well it's a start. Any thoughts about sending healing and love? Stacy |

My opinion, no way can it be blocked. It's the one thing any of us can do for anyone any time. Bruce |

Daiseymae:
Obviously I don't know the whole story. I believe that prayers can help, but we have to do our part too. All you can do is your best and hope your daughter will do the same. Some of this healing might have to do with why she started taking drugs in the first place. I'll send some love. |

Wow, thank you Bruce, that's a lot of power and truth in two sentences. I will commit them to memory and use them often.
I will also take this opportunity to thank you for giving all of us good people a place to gather and share. We are all learning by leaps and bounds instead of babysteps. Much love to you! Stacy |

recoverer,
You are consistant with your kind words and sage advice, I thank you for that. I don't even know what went wrong. One day we were painting each others toe nails and the next day she was just gone. Something transpired right before my eyes and I didn't even see it coming. I thought she was a happy girl but I missed something. Thanks for sending love, the more the merrier. Stacy |

I have a cousin who has struggled with the same for about 15 years now.
I'm also sending you strength and love. |

Hi Stacy,
This is a wonderful topic you bring up. Sending love and healing to another is one of the most un-selfish things we can do. It undoubtedly automatically sends you the same in return. Recognizing this resultant empowering effect in yourself is important and will aid you in your own growth and will take the edge off all the negativity. I feel it's one of the most difficult things we can learn to do for ourselves. Glad you are already there--and here...welcome! :) |
