:D These semi-conscious visions I had in bed today startled me at first, but now it's hillarious to me.

In scene one, I am looking into a mirror in an alternate reality version of my bedroom and see myself as on would expect.  However, the reflection starts walking toward the mirror independently of my stillness and I decided that I should wake up just in case I'm not quite ready to get attacked by...myself?!  ;D

In another scenario, I decided to telepathically talk to this guy.  I get his attention and decided to ask some questions.  I decide to ask the question "So what are you anyway, a Superego?"  "He" growls like some sort of wolf and vibrates my energy field as if to tell me that he is very sensitive to my name calling.  I am stunned for a moment but far less scared that I would be if I had not had much dream practice.  ::)

I've used humor in this way too and found it very effective.
