I had a dream which included my good friend and his mother. His mom had a bad back for some reason.  And I soon found out that he also had a bad back.  He then told me that when he was a baby, he had diarreah, but since he really did not have anything to pass in his stomach, all of his stomach acids passed, and this somehow caused him to become ill and possibly got a disease from it? This is the first time I ever heard of somthing like this, but I was wondering if somthing such as this was possible, or was it just my imagination running wild.
