I'm on the east coast and the above time is Central Time. When it's 8:30 PM on the forum, I am actually at 10:30 PM. Is the set time according to Bruce's time??

You are seeing the time, according to the server's default settings, which is Mountain Time. You can set the timezone to your own, in your Profile settings. It should then display the correct time when you are logged in.
