This is a story I made up myself.An old man was dieing.As he toke his last breath,he heard his name been called.Jack come on wake up,its your turn for the watch,Jack on awahing told his mate of his dream,then it was off to the crows nest.It was quite foggy that night.As he looked through the fog,something cought his eye.He schreamed out,saying my God im on the titanic.George

yES bebson.I had a dream,that I was on the titannic when she hit the iceberg,in the dream I ran to the captins cabin.I told him,sir we have hit an iceberg and taking on water.He told me he would be right up.I also heard him say,get the lifeboats ready.wemen and children first.Were going down.I then woke up from the dream.George

Hi George I have had many dreams of the titanic and when i was in circle I was shown by spirit the grave stone of a lady who was on the titanic,which read the name MARY ASTOR and i could just see the number 70 and one of my freinds checked it out for me and they found her name on the list as being on the titanic,but she survived the titanic sinking and died at 70yrs old.

Every dream i have of the titanic,i am always sitting on the wreck on the bottom of the sea with my dad who died,as it was the last movie we watched together before he died.

Hi George-
White Star's listing of the Titanic's crew gives two O'Conners, one a Trimmer, the other a Bedroom Steward. Also there are two Johnsons, one an Asst Ship's Cook, and the other a Saloon Steward.

Purely on the assumption of an association with your story and the linked occupations, my guess would relate to the two Stewards, giving occupations that would require standing watches, but without duty stations in the ship's interior.

Unfortunately, if you agree or disagree, your mind is no longer virginally pure with respect to this topic and may fabricate additional "proofs" due to simple suggestions. (False Memory Syndrome) Still, it seems reasonable to me.

Dream some more and see what else comes up!

The quartermaster is like a supply seargent - maintains stocks of stuff like light bulbs and toilet paper. Necessary individual!

White Star lists 4 quartermasters.

B H would possibly be Robert (Bob) Hitchens.

Last night while laying in bed,I asked who I could have been.I got the answer,it said you were an overseeer on the titanic.What is an overseeer.anybody have an idea what this is? george

When I looked over the crew list, I thought that 'look-out' might be an interpretation of 'overseer.' But no listed 'look-outs' had the right initials.

I found Murdoch and he was an officer. Officers have to over see what others are doing, don't they?

just offhand, if u take the words apart you have quarter, then you have master.
quarters could mean a location, master could substitute for guardian over a certain quarters. I think it was important station.

Yes that could be.Another thing that makes me wonder is,I remember bursting into some cambin,and saying beging your pardon sir,but we have just hit an ice berg,and we are taking on water.There is a  place in the writings of the titanic where I read about somebody doing the same thing in the same words that I dreamp about saying,we have just an iceberg and taking on water.wow this is very interesting to me.I must have been on the titanic.It makes me think there really is reincarnation.George

Reincarnation must be true,because I have dream of past lives,as far back to the times of christ.I believe we get parts of past lives every onse in a while in dreams.In the dreams I have known these people,but when I wake up I dont.its very strange.George
