Hi We are on this earth plain,for our spirit to learn different emotions,well i can honestly say that my spirit has learned plenty of emotions,the main emotions i have felt is hurt,misery and despair,as i have met so much selfishness and hate and mental torture with people on this plain,sometimes it makes you lose all faith in human nature,thats why i turn to God everyday because he loves me and will always be there,he is my best friend.

I love my children,they are the reason i wake up everyday and always will be,there the one good thing that happened to me,so my spirit knows of love,and God knows of the love i carry for him and my children.

To me thats a good reason to keep living,the only reason.

Hi I f you pay karmec debts,which you are supposed to owe someone,from your former life,i wonder how many years its supposed to go on.

I sometimes wonder what i did in a former life,to keep paying back and i personally feel that i have payed my karmec debt in full sometimes,but part of me knows i havent,we all owe it to someone i suppose.

Makes you wonder,what you were or what we have all done in former lives to keep paying karmec debts.

I wonder when there comes a time when you live a life and dont owe karmec debts to anyone,i think you would have to be perfect and thats something ,that will never be.

So there will always be karmec debt,no matter how many times we reincarnate,i dont think we will get it completely right.

I feel many of you must have had these thoughts sometimes in your life or is it just me.

No, it's not just you.
When I was a child we moved next door to a lovely girl, her wonderful mother, and the rest of that family who were always, it seemed, angry, cursing, and beating on each other.
Guidance told me when I met my new friend that we were alot alike because of our reason for being here. Guidance said that we had both developed spiritually too fast in some areas and not enough in others. We were here (on Earth) to get balanced out better, to 'get our wings clipped' abit.  ?
She is accomplishing some wonderful things despite 'getting clipped' throughout her life. You two remind me of her. You are a beacon and inspiration to others even though your own spirits get low. We all do the best we can.

Sometimes this life can wear us down a little too much before we realize that we are giving it all away. People, living their innocent lives, can catch us unawares and feed off our energy without our realizing it. At least, this is how I see it.

It can seem so few and far between that we receive unconditional love from the people that we know and love, much less from strangers.  Although, sometimes, a stranger can cheer us very much. Let's all be real with everyone we meet, for that very reason.

However, in meditation is where we will find the unconditional love we are seeking. This disillusionment is often just weariness. Find a way to give more "space" to yourself, dear Juditha, emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually. Be as kind to yourself as you are to all others and insist on taking the time you need to rest and adjust to the abilities you are nurturing.

Find a way to frame this world in your heart as if it is constantly lit from behind the scenes.  You are connected to the earth, and the sky, and no circumstances can keep you from the truth of this vision if you allow it.

If you squint your eyes you can almost see it.  The light, beginning to dawn.  It is a fresh new start.  :)

You are struggling to make changes and to become stronger, and you will succeed in those things. But we are only human when we cannot draw upon the full strength of our spirits. And it is sometimes best to rest and give ourselves time to reorient toward the abundance and joy which is ours at all times.

Hi Bets I remember years ago,i had a friend whos husband hit her and she used to come round mine nearly everyday crying and i used to tell her to leave him,but she never would,i have not seen her for a few years now and i often wonder whether she is happy.But apart from her suffering like she was then,she always seemed to pick herself up and carry on as she had children and she was a really loving mum,so she would shine through the dark cloud in her life.

Hi Blink Thanks so much for your answer and i will do more meditating,as i will stop and make time for this and your right i should try more often to be kind to myself,which i am going to make sure i do in the future.
