Hi all.  I don't know if this means anything, but for the past few months I have been experiencing  a weird tingling sensation that extends from my head to my feet.  It's actually a very nice feeling, but I don't know what causes it and it doesn't matter where I am when it happens.  Even a slight breeze outside will instill this feeling.  Yesterday morning it was really weird.  I woke up tingling all over, and it continued throughout the day off and on.  It's happening now.  It's quite pleasant, but I would like to know if anyone has any idea as to what it could be?  Perhaps "tingling" isn't the right word, but for the lack of a better one...

Hi David...good for you! just so long as its pleasant, you have nothing to complain about! ;)   I live with a sensation, quite pleasant also but seems to be located the lower side of my head, neck area. the energy seems to radiate upward.
I liken it to the shift in consciousness energies upon us now, or in old fashioned terms an enlightenment process, like your car gets a tune up and runs better after that. (poor analogy I know)
then theres your energy body overall to consider you may be feeling that body.
then we all have invisible helpmates. they sometimes do chakra adjustments on our body, if we have asked for a tune up, whatever.. :-/

the energy body is interesting. I used to only feel my energy body vibrations, years ago as it either left the physical or returned to physical quite pleasant, thrilling actually, the vibes was what made me want to learn to induce them.

but those vibes tapered off over the years to a feeling like I'm always walking through a park even though I truly am living in a ghetto. don't know if that makes sense to give a feeling to it.
I don't know if you're aware you have guides or not? I feel like a got a crash course out there how to use my energy body grounded into the physical, by learning how to pace myself instead of multi task or rush.
another possibility..someone is sending you boost or love..nonphysical or physical person..in any case do enjoy!

Perhaps your energy level is being increased. It is hard to say.

I suggest that you ask your higher self. Before you go to sleep ask for a dream that will provide an answer. Chances are that the dream will be symbolic in nature. I've received answers from my higher self through dreams lots of times.

Thank all of you so much!  I actually thought someone would poke fun at me and tell me to see a doctor!   :D
It is always nice to know you're not alone.  I notice a couple of you describe the feeling as moving upward.  For me it's impossible to tell any direction... it just seems to be all over.  And yes,  I can also induce the feeling occasionally, but only in the upper portion of my body.
And Laffingrain, even if you no longer feel the tingling sensation isn't wonderful turning a "ghetto" into a "walk in the park?"  It's actually a much stronger sensation in nature anyway.  
Thanks again, and I will see how long this lasts.  Should be a nice adventure.

yes me too sometimes going up there or moving there, but not noticeable 24/7 consistently but more often, certainly daily. course if I freak over something I feel nothing but fear; about once a month I will freak over a problem which turns out to be some kind of test because its not a problem at all in looking back. :-/

lately I just feel love feelings all over, like I'm being loved by spirit. might even be my family here doing it. wouldn't be surprised :)  do any of you here aware of where would u say your particular seat of consciousness is?
I definely am located inside my head rather than all over my body. some are located in the heart. my head and heart sometimes connect and thats when things really get moving. but basically I'm a head person, and the energy circulates back and forth between my ears, tickling like crazy sometimes makes me giggle a little. then it radiates upward very gently towards the top of the head, calms down then does it again according to what I'm thinking. if I'm thinking positive or extending positive energy out, it gets stronger and more pleasant. definetely a physical sensation though that wasn't there in my early years.
again I think we are receiving much assistance these days, all of us who wish to help each other get through these days.
also back and shoulders I feel it on occassion. the walk in the park sensation was a message from guides how I should carry myself when I go out. its a habit now.

I'd guess Albert your crown chakra may be all the way open and spinning, or your awareness is open from that standpoint. my guides said to think about all 7 major chakras spinning in time with each other and we may achieve maximum velocity..blast off!! YAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!

then I get this clever guide say "you can stay in physical 45 more years if you want!
not sure if that was a good message or a bad message! ha ha!

David, From a martial arts standpoint you're noticing the subtle energy (the life force) the Ki or the Chi as the japs and chinese say. It's odd that one day you would just wake up and notice this unless you've been practicing meditation or something?  What have you been doing different  leading up to the tingling feeling?
