Hi I went to circle at the spiritualist church,as i was going into meditation,i was trying to help this spirit cross over into the light.

Then this really bad negative entity tried to come in and everytime i tried to help this spirit cross ,this entity repeated my words in the most horrible evil sounding voice,and i felt as if this entity was going to try to get hold of me again and draw my spirit out like it tried to do to me a few weeks ago.

Then my spirit guide,my catholic nun Theresa was by my side and she told me to concentrate on light,beauty and butterflies and then i started feeling something really heavy around me,and all of a sudden it lifted and i could just see light beauty and butterflies,and then i started to get messages for others in the circle.

I never said of this after i had come out of meditation,but the others there were all saying that they could not receive much from spirit,as they felt like something heavy was in the circle,so i just told them i had felt the heaviness also,and not that this negative entity had been with me.

I believe you had something great to share. Something heavy tried to get the best of you, but you followed Theresa's advice and this heavy presence couldn't do a thing to you.

Imagine a gigantic ocean of love that is many times bigger than any ocean that could be found on this planet. You align yourself with this ocean and this mean little toothless fish tries to get the best of you. What could it possibly do to you and the rest of the ocean? Not a thing. Not unless you imagine that is has the power to do something to you.

Another thing. People sometimes speak of Armies of darkness. Have you noticed that whenever you experience something like this it comes alone?

I believe that Theresa wants you to know that you have absolutely nothing to be afraid of. Who are you going to believe? Theresa or a little confused fish with an attitude problem?

Juditha, did you feel fear this time ?

or did you feel empowered?

We are always tested to our resolve, I believe from what you have written that you where not in fear.

Hi Light R I felt slightly fearful ,but because Theresa my catholic nun spirit guide was with me and helping and guideing me through this,my fear subsided.
