Hi, I'm new on here and maybe this question is strange, maybe a no-brainer for some of you, but I was wondering... I feel that my grandmother has been periodically sending me signs that she is with me. (I could include specifics, but it's a lot of typing). I've aknowledged those signs and am appreciative of her timing (at some stressful times in my life- and also on the anniversary of her death). She has been a great emotional help.
But my question is... Does that mean that she is stuck in a lower level of the afterlife? If she is able to send me physical signs, does that mean she hasn't made it as far as she needs to go? Can I help her get there? Or does that mean that she's made it?

I'd appreciate any feedback.

Hi Jules and welcome to the board. No, if she was stuck she wouldn't know she was dead. It sounds to me like she knows she is (not really since we don't ever die, just lose our body). That's great that she's sending you signs that she's with you. She probably wants contact with you. Take some time and read this website and you will see how easy it is to talk with her. ;-)

Jules; no IMPO that does not means she stuck.
She's just showing you that she LOVES you, and that she's close by, checking on you in times of need.
Just pay attentions to the signs, when/where/how they happene and try to attuned yourself to her energy and see what happened.
Keep reading the webpage/free article etc and you'll find a way to communicate.

stuck souls who are near the physical like to stick around, because they are focused on one physical person, or place, or physical state like drunkenness, sexual activity and what there all is. Normally they are very narrow-minded, focused on just their obsession. What you told doesn't fit in this category. The timing, and the helpfulness of your grandma. That seems to be thoughtful and reasonable. Earthbounds/stucks are more the unnerving attaching type, unless they're not brought to someone who can get their attention and "speak the right words" that make them move on.

With all due respect for the other suggestions, my personal approach would be to ask her. Where is she, is it OK, and is there any special message? Then allow the answer to arrive.

Hi there, I agree with everyone, but Dave has a point there.  I feel that if she is getting through to you, she must be aligning with your thoughts and your conscious awareness, and that is how you are picking up on her.  I believe we must all have spirits trying to contact us but normally we aren't intuned to them or that we are too involved in other things to notice, or we don't acknowledge and accept it for what it is.  You have noticed and acknowledged these things so that's a good start.  Use your mind to consciously focus on her, thinking of questions as Dave said, or sending her your thoughts.
