Title: How soon can a soul reincarnate?
Post by baby_duck on Sep 29th, 2006 at 9:32pm
Hello everyone....how are you?!

I have a question. I was wondering if anybody knows the time frame for riencarnation. For example, my beloved psychic tells me that there is a 25 year window period whereby a soul must wait at least 25 years before coming to earth again. She says that is the time frame applied for a soul that needs to learn many lessons, like my Pat who didn't make the most productive use of his time while he was here (god bless him! :-*).

I am currently reading the Autobiography of a Yogi and Paramhansa Yoganada states that some souls reincarnate immediatly after leaving the body(as soon as 6 months). Apperently wiser, enlightened souls get to have more say in when and if  they decide to come back. Souls that make many mistakes (ei: accidental overdose) must come back faster (min 25 yrs) to neutralize thier karma, whether they would like to or not.

She claimed that Pat and I will not be together in the next life, but the one after that. It is kind of dissapointing I was hoping to meet him in the afterlife when I cross over (I am apperently going to live a long life this time around) but my psychic tells me that he will have most likely reincarnated before I even get there. Do you think it will be possible to contact him once he has reincarnated? (maybe I can spook him in his dreams while I am in spirit, even though he won't even remember who I am  :-[).

Thank-you for enduring my child-like and self-involved questions..............Baby_Duck.

I'm so sorry for your lost.  Losing the loved one is very painful and it isn't going to heal the day after.  It takes time.  I lost my BF early this year and I'm still crying.  :'( :'( :'(

To my knowledge, there is no time and space in the afterlife.  And no one will never knows when soul will reincarate.  Psychic doesn't know when will the soul come back to earth and start another life.  They only say thing that we want to hear due to the recent lost.  You can only know or experience it when we get there.  And GOD is the ONLY one who can determine for the soul will be.

God Bless you

I wouldn't take to much notice of what your so called psychic had to say. I don't think there is or could be a time frame that we can relate to, as to when a soul reincarnates. And in any case you will view things differently when you pass over. You will see you where only apart for a Meir moment in time. For anyone whom you had a connection during this life time,if there was the energy of love between you , then you and he are bound together. This energy binds you yet it sets you free at the same time .

You will see when you pass

Thank -you LightR_on and BRAVI!

BRAVI, I am sorry to hear about your loss aswell, I can understand your pain.

Your words were comforting and I need an occasional reassurance or reminder that all will be ok in time! (which doesn't exist..lol!)

Earth time does go slowly  in comparison to Astral time! I realize the bond only grows stronger overtime, it doesn't weaken; although it may merge into something else. ( IE your lover becomes your father!)

It is hard to keep things in perspective being caught in the maya (illusion) for the time being, everything will make more sense when I cross over. Pat is lucky in that he now sees past the illusion . He has paid his dues and now he can enjoy the peace. I guess I still have alot of karma left to neutralize in this lifetime, maybe If I get it right I can have a longer vacation on the otherside and have more of a say in how my play works itself out next time around?!

Hi Baby Duck, Pat will not reincarnate, until he meets up with you in the spirit world, and even then he will not reincarnate probably for years, he will be there to receive you and take your hand and lead you through the light,no matter whether you live to be 80 or 90 yrs old. And it will not matter if you have married someone else on the earth plain, which he would be pleased to see you happy and living your earth life,he will still be there to take your hand, when death finally visits you one day.His love will always be there for you,i really felt so strongly that i had to write this to you. That physcic is wrong baby duck ,she does not know who reiencarnates, you will be with pat in spirit one day.

Love and God bless you Baby Duck

thank-you Cathy!

there is sooo much to learn in little time, but there is much wisdom to be found from all of you, so perhaps that will help to speed up the process!

I have also recently learned that  it has been documented that most reincarnations take place within same family groups. If you choose to have another earthly experience, it is your choice to have an experience within your biological family groups. Reincarnation should not be confused with karma. Karma is an effect and reincarnation is a process. Birth is an effect of the process taking place.

The only thing we take with us when this experience occurs is the feeling we have towards each other - a re-creative energy known as Love. An interesting aspect of Reincarnation is that its time-frame cannot be measured in earth time as it has no meaning to Our Point of Origin. Therefore, when talking about reincarnation, time has no meaning.

I guess it makes sense to re-incarnate into the same family if we need to continue with those same lessons.
I only hope that i don't keep making the same mistakes, or else I come  back with the knowledge still intact thankyou very much!  :-?
I feel that I know what it is I need to know, I just  need someone to point out the things I already know for me to remember them. make sense? makes my head spin lol!

This may be a silly question but if there is no time influence on re-incarnation is it possible that your 'next' life could be in the earth's past?

I apologise if this is a bogus notion.

Also I've read on different spiritual websites that talk about re-incarnation that there are many other worlds apart from earth and that our soul can re-incarnate into an 'alien'

Afterall the universe is astronomically enormous in terms of physical space and there must be plenty of other life out there and great mediums and spirit guides such as Silver Birch have said that we can have life on earth and on other planets too. Is that right?

Never say Die:

Your questions are not silly, i have these questions aswell. Everytime I find an awnser (i beleive), it contradicts another theory, so I end up confused! If you read other posts you will find other people can offer insight into your questions. One post in particular is "Do souls have a shape?".

I can only speculate what may be true by recycling info/ideas that I read through other sources.

Dave (hope you don't mind me qouting you!) sort of awnsers your question in his reply to this post. He has actual clinical experiences that involve past life regression, so I would take his opinion over mine.

Dave says: "A newborn soul is typically an old soul who is returning from a long time of oneness with God. So it is both an old soul coming back, and also a new soul with new ideas, since it's actually a manifestation of God, and God is perpetually renewed by Its own nature. People tell me that it's more bother to be born than to die. For those who do the cycle, it seems to take anywhere between a matter of minutes and centuries, and often we can go backwards in time to have a rebirth in a place historically earlier than or last lifetime. (I still  find this confusing, but I've got lots of evidence that it happens.)"

I have changed my level of perception/awareness a million times throughout my journey, but I listen to my heart to guide me to the right awnser ( for me, that is. It differs for everyone). Sometimes it takes a little longer then I'd  hoped for, but patience is a virtue!

I have found a lot of answers to the questions posed here in Michael Newton's two wonderful books "Journey of Souls" and "Destiny of Souls".

I'm definitely with Never Say Die on this one ... surely the afterlife exists in a format of 'no time' and any further incarnation could be taken at any time period in earths history?
I struggle greatly with the concept of linear reincarnation, especially as the population of earth 10,000 years ago was probably around a few million, and now we are talking 60 billion or something people in existence ... surely this shows that the incarnation sequence is scattered throughout earths timeframe rather than a linear progression? ANy thoughts?  :)

Hi electro_sonic,
the population increase is not an indicator for anything; or do you think our solar system is closed and the souls are caged in it? Also, in my view, there's merging, splitting, spinning of and creation of souls.
That there is no linear time, or at least something different, I think that is right; unfortunately we cannot perceive it.

Spooky

I never figured the population explosion was a big logical obstacle...there could easily by a huge number of souls who have incarnated at very great intervals, who are coming to earth more frequently.  There could be plenty who've never been here and are just getting started.  There could be a bunch from elsewhere.  It may be that souls can divide like ameoba, making more from the originals (which would also deal with how six people could have been Cleopatra).  There's just way to many reasonable explainations for me to worry about numbers.

I just don't want to go through adolescence again... :P

Well its not necessarily confined to the human population on earth either. People in other worlds/planets? and non human species and animals that become human souls. There are many different ideas. There could be seemingly more planes and worlds where souls can dwell, more than we can comprehend. Therefore overpopulation need not be a problem for souls, but it can be a big problem for our societies in this life and the planet. But its just another problem that we have to learn to solve and learn from.
