Title: do souls have a shape Post by lalit on Sep 28th, 2006 at 11:11am
hai friends
Do you think that souls have a shape, I don't think so souls don't have particular shape and they are no more humans. Is there any way to contact them. Is there some truth in Ojho board can we bring and talk to souls with the help of Ojho board. Did the soul have the power to intrude another persons body which already have a soul. Where is the centre of the soul who controls them. when we born do a new soul was born or a soul was reborn howmuch time did it take to reborn. |

Hi Lalit-
Wheeee - so many questions, and all at once! It seems that souls take on the bodies that they prefer, and when they find one that they don't want to stop wearing, they bring it back to a new lifetime. Other souls look like whisps of fog, fuzzy lights or balls of soft fire, depending on who looks, and how they see them. In the "spirit world" you an be many diferent things all at once, and in many places all at once. Sols can attach to other souls by dentification to the parts that they share. Thus, the soul of an alcohlic can return and stick to the "I love drunkenness" part of another alcoholic, an angry soul can return to stick to the anger of someone, or a loving soul, often a family member, can stick to the love of others, such as members of the family who don't wish to lose their presence. However, these have no power, unless it is given to them by the host. Umbanda, Santeria, Voodoo and similar religions call up souls of the dead to "mount" the faithful in this manner as a major part of their rituals. (In my clinical work, I've been called to do clean up and get rid of a few who stuck too tightly.) A newborn soul is typically an old soul who is returning from a long time of oneness with God. So it is both an old soul coming back, and also a new soul with new ideas, since it's actually a manifestation of God, and God is perpetually renewed by Its own nature. People tell me that it's more bother to be born than to die. For those who do the cycle, it seems to take anywhere between a matter of minutes and centuries, and often we can go backwards in time to have a rebirth in a place historically earlier than or last lifetime. (I still find this confusing, but I've got lots of evidence that it happens.) If you get interested in this area a tad more, you might be interested in reading some of Bruces books on soul retrieval. Then try it out by rescuing a few stuck souls. The activity will carry you into the spirit world in a useful way that will bring you answers to these and other related questions. That way, you can "go there and look" instead of relying on old fuds like me to answer questions. love dave |

On the matter of the ouji board, I watched an interesting documentary where they purportedly debunked it as nothing more than an "idio-motor response." That is, people moving the device without being aware of it. Originally, the group of volunteer were getting sensical results. However, when the volunteers were blind-folded and the board was turned around without their knowledge the results became nonsensical.

Lalit, we had a long thread (or even more than one) about the ouija board here. Please look for it in the search engine. Summary: Keep your hands off it.
Mattimo, when I think it through, that they get no messages with covered eyes is not proving that there is nothing spiritual happening when they are able to see. Spooky |

I'm with Spooky!
Let's say that the communication is through spirits who see through the eyes of the OuiJa board users and direct them to push the pointer here and there. Then what you do with a blindfold is frustrate their ability. OR, let's say that the idea is to have faith, and to use a little imagination to help the unfolding imagery (just as we do when we meditate and do soul retrievals etc). The the blindfold interferes with that process. OR, let's say that the blindfolds are placed on the people with the malicious thought, "There. That'll keep you from having any more success!" That amounts to an act of what Bruce calls "seeing it not there", a use of will to force an objective choice that excludes some option. OR ... make up your own ... In general we tend to view things that are correlated as having a causal relationship. Thus, we say, "If A, then B. Therefor, A 'causes' B." But it isn't that way, except in a limited number of cases. If my watch is running 10 minutes fast, and yours is on time, then this kind of thinking would make it seem as if my watch controls yours. In even that simple case, the ultimate cause is the way our species relates to the passage of the sun across the sky, which is far and remote from anything specific to either of us. I have a daily horoscope from a local expert that is remarkably accurate. I've been arguing that really what is happening is that people track the cycles of events, and then they look for a star or planet or something on which to pin their observations. Like the Egyptians who associated the flooding of the Nile with the rising of Sirius. The astrologist argues that the stars and planets etc are the cause. It's the same kind of argument, and in fact both of us are probably looking at something that's been incubating for literally billions of years. If you can relax and use ANY metaphysical device, then it works for you. Bruce is a medium, so is Juditha, and there are doubtless more who are hiding in the shadows. Most of us non-mediums, or semi-mediums use meditation (or hypnosis, which is a guided meditation) to access spiritual states. I have friends like James Wanless (Voyager Tarot deck) who does it with cards, or Shelly Stockwell-Nicholas who does it with a combination of hypnosis and traditional readings. If you find that you can connect by twisting a shoe lace around your nose, then do it. I promise that it'll drive the critics bonkers! But, like the OuiJa board, nobody will be able to figure it out. dave |
