Title: "Astronomically auspicious days" Post by betson on Sep 28th, 2006 at 10:18am
Greetings,
In the previous 2 weeks there have been, according to an acquaintance, two 'astronomically auspicious days' when one should be alert for unexpected changes. One I think had to do with solar storms. Do any of you with knowledge of astrology etc have any idea what the implications of this would be? Thank you, bets |

Hi Bets .. is this a test! :) lol
Every day is an astronomically auspicious day as far as im concerned! but lets have a look now at what your friend might have been suggesting - although it seems they were talking about sun flares that do happen quite frequently and cause electric disturbances anyhow as we stand; Spring Equinox - 23rd Sept (southern hemisphere) Autumn (northern hemisphere) The Sun is in Libra, an air sign, the element of intellect, speech and social interaction (Tony Blair's and the Pope's awful speech). Venus, the symbol of pleasure and refinement, is the ruling planet of Libra. Right now Venus is the Morning Star; it rises before the Sun and gives it a leading role. Venus is in Virgo which means a focus on core values and a demanding energy that wants the details clarified. The key date here for this energy was September 25th were the energies are dominated by challenge. Sept 25-28 saw Venus conjunct the asteriod Vesta which relates to the sacredness of any union. Until October 1 Venus is in a discordant, challenging aspect to Ceres, the symbol of family unity and parents. Venus is challenging and wanting clarification from these unions. Until Oct 7, Venus is in a challenging aspect with the asteriod, Pallas Athena, the protector of legal rights and diginity; underscoring the key issue of the unions mentioned. When the Sun meets Venus on Oct 27, Venus will shed light on these issues, reminding us that it is not about traditions, but the sacredness of any union. This is what is on trial in this term. So, not sure if we could call this astronomically auspicious because that term would be more for flares etc. Yes? No? |
