Title: uhh did something go wrong Post by greenwater on Sep 9th, 2006 at 4:06pm
i was reteiving someone from his apartment and after we got out of the apartment firetrucks and ambulances came. does this mean i screwed something up? also someone said 'congratulations' to me but i couldnt tell if it was sarcastic or not.
more of a recap- i was flying around and asked if anyone needed a retreival. the wind blew me up past some apartment windows and into an apartment. actually, it wasnt just the wind, but whewn i asked to do a retreival i felt a kick in my butt which sent me to the apartment. whats that all about? anyway the apartment was filthy and i said i was a neighbor and needed to borrow some sugar or aomething. he was lying on the floor but he got up and we went to the living room. a huge feast was laid out on a table among the clutter. there was lobster and everything good., i started eating the food becausae i was hungry. i talked him in to going out of the apartment for some reason. i asked him what time is was, and what the date was. later as we were leaving i told him he had the date wrong that it wasnt march. then he started crying because he realized something. i told him he is immortal. i didnt want to tel him he had died. i asked if he had relatives he wanted to visit. then we went out and the firetrucks came just as i was trying to teach him to fly. the rescuers wanted to take over but i wanted to tell him more stuff. anyway eventually i left. so did i totally screw up or what? i think i did. i know i have a tendency to do things not according to protocol or even common sense. maybe i should quit before i do more damage. then i started thinking the whole thing is a test to see if i can do retreivals at all. like training. |

Greenwater,
The presence of the firetrucks, etc., is perfectly normal, IMHO. The helpers are making up a scene for the retrievee that he/she expects. I never follow protocol either. I just do whatever I want to do. Nobody preps me beforehand, saying here's the situation and how to handle it. I have messed up retrievals before because of this. But it looks like you did good. I don't think the helper who said "Congratulations" was being sarcastic. Keep up the good work! -mike |

Hi Greenwater,
I think you did well. Curiosity, own will and a sense for experiments is I think beneficial for retrievals. I am almost sure you cannot do something that makes something worse than it is. I feel I am always supervised by helpers in any activities I do. If you don't intend to harm someone it is I think impossible, the helpers have ways to prevent you from doing that. I see nothing to be concerned of in your report. Some comments: >>>someone said 'congratulations' to me<<< Very seldom, only one or two times, my helpers said something like "well done" after I had a retrieval. So to me that's something special. >>>whewn i asked to do a retreival i felt a kick in my butt<<< I have often a feeling in my gut when a retrieval is going to take place, a feeling like I have when something new is going to happen, a bit adventurous, excitingness and perhaps a little shivering/anxiety like thing. >>>i started eating the food becausae i was hungry<<< never done that during a retrieval. I did it some times in Focus 27. Often when I think of food my meditation will not last much longer cause my body wants strongly to go to the kitchen! Your eating tells me you pretty much are "in" the scene, and you have more distance to your physical body than I have during this retrieval states. >>>i didnt want to tel him he had died<<< That's too happening some times to me. There's ever again the question should I tell or not? Sometimes I do, sometimes not. I met some people who were pondering if they had physically died. They took it as possibility, but they were not able or willing to make a decision, to come to a conclusion, so I talked in a logical manner about the possibilities of the states the retrievee could be in, and what in every of those possibilities could be done then, it's just a sort of soft councelling, mostly ending with: "So, you could visit this place I told you of, you can go back at anytime if you want to, so you've got nothing to lose." >>>test to see if i can do retreivals at all. like training.<<< My retrievals developed, I became in some cases more involved in chosing and/or creating the new place for the retrievee. And to work in a team. Hey Mike, you messed some retrievals up? This is very interesting, I have never read a report about a messed up retrieval, maybe you can share one, make a new topic so everyone can find it easily (lol, if thats not too embarassing, but finally you're not in elementary school here!). Greenwater and Spooky were saying:
>>>whewn i asked to do a retreival i felt a kick in my butt<<< I have often a feeling in my gut when a retrieval is going to take place, a feeling like I have when something new is going to happen, a bit adventurous, excitingness and perhaps a little shivering/anxiety like thing.' Greetings, Could these sensations be differing ways of the life force Kundalini getting your energy fields prepared for the retrievals? I've read that the shivering can be kundalini realligning these fields, so maybe the buttkick etc is related. It wouldn't be a negative thing unless pain persisted, right, I hope? bets |

betson,
It could be a quick energy boost for the experience ahead as you say, or it could be a signalling mechanism. I've felt a zap before that made me become lucid inside a dream, and then I was sent on a retrieval mission. I saw it as a signal. I've also been "prepped" before a retrieval where I see different color lights in a vertical row, which I perceived later as charging up my chakras to improve the length and clarity of the experience. |

I think you did all right Greenwater. forgive me I burst out laughing right here at the computer to read of the kick in the butt. I have guides assistance sometimes in that direction as they teach me how to use humor to retrieve. you could view the kick as an interpretation you received from a guides forceful boost to you to get you moving in the right direction. well, it worked! :) sometimes you have to tell guides to go a little easier on you too..they are just human also.
the ambulances and guides drive these vehicles, but they are really in disguise..its to help the retrievee in his dream world. my very first retrieval years ago had an ambulance involved..nowdays it can be a taxi service! lol. just depends on how they died I suppose. my retrieval was a fellow had gotten shot. you're doing ok, I enjoyed reading your post. you kind of have to develop your own style and if you want to teach someone to fly, I think that's a great idea! if you ever don't know what to do in a circumstance all u have to do is call out for a guide to come and wait a few minutes and they show up..usually in a diguise. but they will show. question: some of us do sleep retrievals, some of us do waking retrievals or both. was your body asleep when you did this one? can you describe whether u set an intention to do it? |
