I have been unsuccessfully trying to astral project because I have come across somewhat of a road block.  You see, after listening to some brainwave entrainment presets I started to get muscle tremors.  I do not even have to be listening to the presets now for this to occur.  In fact, almost as soon as I lay down on my bed and relax I start to get inundated with tremors.  The tremors occur in my legs, arms and chest.  Has anyone else experienced this?

No worries about the tremors mate they will probably dissapear in a couple of days. I would suggest you to practise with the Hemi Sync series in the future, as it is the more tested and the one that I know gives some results in the beggining....take care

I sure hope they go away because I have had them for at least a week now and they feel pretty extreme - like your nerves are rapidly firing everywhere and causing small segments of your muslces to involuntarily move.
