Hi everyone , a few months ago a good friend of my lost his battle with cancer and passed on . I saw his mother today and she said that she had a dream of her son , also a good friend of mine that is very spritual and living in another country (Scotland) also had a dream about him. In these dreams he did not look like he did when he was ill but like he did when he was younger. I told his mum that is a good thing , can someone tell me what is the relevance to these dreams

I am very sorry for the sorrow you must be feeling.  There are others on this board who will likely comment extensively on dream appearances.  For my part, I will say that my own father, who passed on June 14, has appeared in dreams of mine in different stages since.  

He "youthed" in the dreams, which I recorded and journaled, to a point now where he appears to be 30-35 years of age.  

This coincided exactly with what Bob Mckelvey told me about the forms that spirits take on in the afterworld...and Bob was right on concerning some other things regarding how my father appeared.

As such, I believe it is more than possible that these were more than "dreams", regarding your friend.
