It's good to hear from you both again, juditha and deanna!
Did you receive any poetry since your last ones? (I'm not necessarily hinting that you post it, if you're thinking of publishing.) I ws just thinking about you --- It seems like the song lyrics that get sung the most (and therefore get bought the most) are ones where the words fit the melody naturally, like the rhythm is the same for song and words. So if the beat of a poem went 'ta dum tada dum, ta la dum dada dum'... then the music would have the same arrangement. Have you started the music phase yet? Best wishes in all you do! Love, bets |

Welcome back Juditha and Deanna. It is true that when we lose one part of us we feel that we have lost a part of our own Self. I sometimes wonder where some have gone who posted only once, never to be seen again. They were just shy, perhaps, and flew away to land some other place.
I have a friend who says that heaven would be a very lonely place if we were all alone there. Here is a joke for you. Mother Theresa went to heaven and on the way she saw all the folks in "hell" sitting at a big banquet table eating all manner of wonderful things, roast meats, delicious pastries, etc. etc. In heaven she was delighted to be invited for a meal with God himself. Excitedly, she sat at the table. There she was given tuna, just tuna, nothing else. She was a little disappointed but had a wonderful conversation with God. The next night she was again invited to have a meal with God. She sat at the table and looked again at her plate. Tuna. But the conversation was so wonderful that she forgot all about what she was eating. This went on for night after night. One day she found the courage to speak up: Why, God, do we eat tuna night after night and those other folks eat all those wonderful meals in the banquet halls of hell? God simply replied: Why didn't you ask me before? You know, we would enjoy all those good things too, but you know as well as I do, there's just no sense in all that cooking for one. I don't know if I told that story right, and I don't remember where I read it. However, it seems to be asking us, what fun would any heaven be if we were there alone? Therefore, we must make friends and not enemies so we can meet them there. Heaven is where you find it, isn't it? So many times I come here to this board and find a little bit of heaven. Sometimes, a little bit of hell. It doesn't matter. Will there come a day that each one of us can look sqarely at one another and say with all honesty: You were never my enemy. And believe it with all of our hearts. The day we can do that is the day we will truly find a heaven worth waiting for. love, blink |

Great to have the two of you back. Stay on your course and let nothing sway or discourage you. There are all kinds of forces in this world. You are walking a narrow path. Nobody ever said that would be easy or without adversity. You have offered nothing but good love and light to people here, and don't let anything knock you off that course even if the wider roads seem to be paved with gold and beckon invitingly.
I am not always surprised by these sorts of things. Any cursory reading of the lives of saints will reveal that those that walk closest to light often endure the most tremendous adversities and hardships. The steel of a great sword is forged in blazing fires. Seek the wisdom in that and understand that, Juditha and Deanna. Vaya Con Dios (Go with God) |
