Title: Encountering other spirit? Post by betson on Jun 26th, 2006 at 4:23pm
Greetings,
If we meet another living person's soul or spirit ina spiritual realm, can we verify it if we just find out that person was also meditating or praying at that time? Would I need to also describe to that person what surroundings I saw? Here's the situation-- Two rather fundamentalist denomination churches send teams out into this community. They come to strangers' houses and ask to speak to them about religion. One day I said OK so we talked awhile and this very nice lady said she'd pray for me. :-? So I decided I'd pray for her too, and did so the next morning. During the prayer my spirit rose higher, then quieter, then had a more intense all glowing-feeling, like shared PUL. I 'saw' that lady sitting in a chair with her Bible open, praying. I can find her at her church and ask her if she prays at that time of day, can even thank her for sending me the presence of the 'holy spirit' while she prayed. I don't think I can ask a fundamentalist Christian if she was sitting in her rocking chair and procede to describe what I think I saw. ---Would just a correlation of the times we were both praying about each other be enough to prove a spiritual connection? If so what would that accidental encounter be called? Not retrieval, not partnered exploration....? Thank you, bets |

Hey Bet; 8-)
IMO would call it being in touch with the all knowing/energy/in tune or whatever name you feel comfortabel calling it. And yes i would definetely talk to the person about it, if you make a mistake ...so be it..no harm done. An exemple here: was just sitting outside relaxing/enjoying the beautifull day and a thought came to mind that a good freind of mine needed some healing energy, saw her sitting on the side of her bed at home and just thinking that she should call me and talk.So i grab the phone and call her, before she did..and she was sitting in her bedroom, thinking about calling me !! Ex: 2- Another person that i know, who's a pentacoastal church goer, i know that he play guitar at church, that is a fact that i know....saw him playing the guitar at home, no big deal there cause i know he plays guitar at home, but i saw him doing something different after he finish playing, he got up to the kitchen area and started cutting fish for dinner, so i gave him a call and ask him if he just finish playing and was getting ready for dinner and cooking fish...he said yes..how do you know..?? Yes things happends like this more than once..and yes if you know the person ..call and ask, then it will be a "KNOWN" to you, and make you feel great and get rid of some blocks... ;) With love, Romain |

Hi Bets,
if you ask the lady "have you praid for me at the soandso..." and she would say "yes" would it be convincing for you? Maybe you should just tell her what you saw, without making much words before, and watch her carefully how she reacts. You never know if people deny those things due to their religion/belief. Well maybe she is happy to hear those things, you just don't know before. Nice things Romain! Spooky |

Hi Bets,
I would suggest to you that you first know within yourself how you perceive the experience. What do you believe it to be? I'm saying this because, what if you talk with her about it and she doesn't remember a thing? Then does that change how you feel? What if she denies having prayed for you at that time or at all. Would that change your perception? Or how about this--even if she says yes she did pray for you at that same exact time...is that what would make you believe your experience to be real? Why is that? I'm just asking you these questions because this is how I go about asking myself the same things when I analyze my own experiences. As for having the guts to come right out and ask her, I say go for it. I'm not sure what to call it. I have had experiences like what Romain was describing. I can't say that I know how it works, but I know that we can send out and receive information with each other. Sometimes it is exact information and sometimes it needs some interpretation. I don't know why that is either. But the information is what is truth, even if our minds distort the information through interpretation. |

Hi Bets just tell her what you saw and what you felt ,if the reaction is not a good one ,then at least you know that you told her ,but then again it could be a really good reaction from her. if you dont say anything to her at all bets you will always be thinking about whether you should tell her or not tell her.Love and god bless you juditha

Hi Spooky;
thank you, and i'm sure you've done a few of those tooo.. :D It's always nice to have confirmations on these things.. Vicky; I don't know what to call these also, it feel strange sometimes that people always have to put a label on things..but those are the elusive one, i just take it for what it is, it happend and so be it, on top of it if you/we have a confirmation of it, that's great, just be in the "NOW". is hard enouft. Juditha; yes i agree with you (if you dont say anything to her at all bets you will always be thinking about whether you should tell her or not tell he) and it's an awfull feeling, it kind of linger around you for a while. Much love guys Romain |

Thank you, dear replyers,
As I read back over this , I get the impression that I'm a bit needy, eh? I say I believe in all this and then lay out my doubts for all to see. Seeking reassurance at several levels. :P to me. Vicky, I never thought about those possibilities. I'm afraid I'd at first be devastated, then I'd mistrust her denial. :-[ I'll use this un-smilie, not to be overly dramatic, but it's there to choose, so haha, here it is. Thank you, I've learned alot from this one. And I will go track down the pray-er too. bets |
