i have a question about the free article on the front page "how to change or eliminate beliefs." you said it works, i know that. but i have low self-esteem when it comes to drawing and being creative so if i wanted to change the belief for ex. "i would like to talk to the aspect of myself that is preventing me from expressing myself through my art" and let that aspect of myself perform a new function say for ex. "your new function will be too help me use my full creativity when i'm drawing" than would it work? does this function work in real-life situations such as this (please give examples of some other situations)? does it ware off?

also, how do you do that focused attention exercise and what are the nonphysical senses? sorry for all the questions, i'm just eager for knowledge.

I realize you're talking to Bruce but we always answer each other too, so for the part about creativity and drawing, as an art instructor, I'll go ahead and suggest Betty Edwards "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain." It's a classic. Not just reading it but actually doing the drawing exercises so that you quiet down the logical, judgemental parts of your brain that get such a workout anyway. That will also help free up your thinking for 'non-physical' senses and other aspects of Bruce Moen's activities.
"Non-physical senses' refers to using your imagination so vividly that
they propel you eventually into another reality, a reality that has been confirmed as actual.  Perhaps it's our etheric double that is activated by developing our image-ination processes; I don't know how it works, but it does! Bruce's books explain this better.
