have a question for all of you, my b/f passed away March 23/06. According to a medium, he has yet to cross over. He is almost ready;however, he is very attached to me and feels guilty about leaving me. He also wants to make sure I am o.k. Although I love having him near me, i feel it would be selfish to hold him back. I want him to be happy. He says he doesnt mind but I feel he'd be much happier if he crossed over, but he is quite stubborn! I have tried to release him a few times.....but no success.....told him I loved him, forgave him....asked him to forgive himself more importantly.....told him i'd meet him on the otherside soon enough and that he'd be in a better position to take care of me once he crossed over. I have been told he hasnt done so as of yet. Can you offer me any suggestions of how I might help him? (I have asked for the help of our spirit guides and I have prayed to god aswell). Thank you so much! ::) :-*

It sounds as if you have done most of the things you can to help him move onwards. What is the reason for his reluctance? He can see that he is still existing, so there should be little fear for him of never seeing you again.

I know that this is a difficult one, and it would seem that you are going to have to be patient with him. If he is happy being around, and you are happy as well then its all okay I guess. Time from what I understand of it doesn't have the same kind of meaning to the deceased.

Thanks Dave..........i do kind of like having him around (although most of the time i dont realiize he's there). Who knows.......if he's still sticking around long enough maybe after I cross over i can come back and help him!

Hi BabyDuck. ask him if theres an unfulfilled dream he'd like to invesigate on the other side and I'm sure most of us have things we like to do that we didn't quite finish up with..maybe he's forgotten about himself because he loves you so much and needs a gentle reminder? from what I've seen of these other areas, we can tend to be forgetful of our dreams to explore certain areas. there are classroom on the other side of any thing we desire to explore and he could report back to you what he's found perhaps.
