Ever since my b/f passed way(almost 3mths), and I had seen him 5 times in my dream.  Is it a ADC?  Couple of days after he dies.  I saw him in my dream.  His appearance was pretty happy, healthy, and younger.  In the dream. I asked him this: "do you know that you are already dead and why are you still smiling?" then he start slide away without saying anything.  The more I think of him, the more I love him. and miss him so much.

You should pray to God to meet with your boyfriend during a dream. If it works, your boyfriend will even make you lucid and probably show you around the spiritual planes.

As mentioned, seeing the spiritual planes (or astral projecting) doesn't happen often, but when it does, you know it: the details are incredibly vivid and unforgettable. Astral projections will stay with you until the day you cross over.

Good luck. I hope you will soon find peace. Your boyfriend is happy right now with God and the angels and perfectly safe at Home. It's true. :) :D

I believe they come to us in dreams because it will not scare us as it may if they all of a sudden appeared in front of us while awake.  Also, it does help you heal and ease the grieving when you get those realistic dreams.  They don't even have to say anything. Just be there with you and you feel better when you wake.  

A few years ago my doctor got a brain tumor.. he left the practice to spend what time he had left with his family.  After he died I felt so bad that I never got to see him again and say good-bye.. We really weren't that close but I was use to seeing him maybe once a month for a while.  Anyway, it bothered me and every day when I walked by his office I'd  think of him and feel bad a little.  One night he came to me in a dream and just took me for a ride in his porsche which he loved.. we just talked as we drove. Then we were back at the parking lot where his office was.. and we got out and he started walking backwards and saying good-bye.  When I woke up I really felt like he came to me to give me that good-bye that I never could give him.  I hardly thought about him again after that.. Only now when I remember these types of experiences.. I know this was a visit.   ;D

Deeply sorry to hear about your loss... Just know that he is more with you now than he has ever been before... I know it seems hard to believe sometimes, but it's true in all of its honesty/sincerity. :)

With regards to seeing him in your dreams as being healthier, happier, and younger: After my Grandpa died, my grandma was visited by him in spirit form... She said that he told her not to worry, that everything was going to be alright. She said that he looked like he was in his 20's again, very young, very happy, and refreshed.

While in spirit/energy form, it is possible for beings/entities to take on the appearance of anything they so desire... Most will take on an appearance that will be recognizable to others. Also, by looking younger, that gives off the impression of how they feel about themselves internally within their new loving/caring/unconditional "environment".

Also, it has been noted that the "light energy" of a being can give off the impression of who they were whilst alive in the physical world.... (no actual "need" to take on the physical attributes of who they were in order to reflect their identity.") It's moreso done for effectual reasons.
