A woman phoned me last night to tell her story of seeing doctors and hearing them while her body was on the operrating table.She said that her spirit body was standing of to the side.she told me she saw a bright light,and then was draun back in to her body.I asked her how she felt afterwards,and she said I felt very spiritual.George

Hi George Ive read a lot of storys of people experiencing the same thing during an operation, and when this happens to them they do feel more spiritual , and have no fear of death anymore. It must have been quite an experience for her. God bless juditha

The biggest question is, why everyone doesn't have an OBE when, for example, in heart attack/operation table/accident etc?

This is because people are different.

Thanks for reporting this, George. These individual cases, in addition to those collected by researchers, add to our growing body of knowledge. We are getting somewhere when individuals are not afraid to speak out. This kind of experience has now been reported often enough so that I believe it is part of our knowlwdge that is established.

This is a great relief from things we discuss here that are not established.

I've seen white light when I gave birth to my son.  I didn't know that I died for few seconds.

I'm in the hospital to give birth to my son.  It's the normal situation (they put me in the room, doctor and nurses are around, they have to give me painless shot so I won't feel pain in giving birth).  

I remember seeing a white and bright light then some flowers is falling from above.  Then I hear music that I never hear before in my life.  I can feel it.. I thought I'm awake.

Then when they took my body to my room (after giving birth to my son).. I saw my mom and my husband.  Mom's eyes shows that she just cried.  I thought she cried for happiness in seeing the baby is fine.  She told me that 2 doctors have to attend to me earlier.  I asked her why.  Because your pulse stopped.  You heart beat stopped too and they thought you are going to die.  They panic a bit because while the baby is on its way out.. this incident (heart beat, pulse is gone) happened.

Then I told her.. ugh.. that's why I remember I saw a white and bright light.  It means.. I died for few seconds.  

Thanks to the Doctors who saved me.  But I still have fear on death.  I'm still afraid to die because I can't imagine.. leaving my children, my husband and everyone around me.
