What do spirits that have been in the spirit world since say 250 A.D. think of a newly "ushered in" spirit?

Wherever spirits end up together, I'm sure they will be able to accept and understand one another. It's not like there will be a huge communication gap. In spirit you will be able to relate to someone of a different background or language.

MarD, your query assumes that the universe operates to our own Earth standards.

Spirit, apparently, has no 'age' and no beginning.
We measure 'age' by the Earth years of our bodies, which may only be accurate for Earthly matters.
Spiritual growth seems to be the 'higher' measurement, operating automatically.
