The lord is my shephered i shall not want ,this is so very true while you have faith in our lord you will never be alone ,he is the father of all fathers [our father who art in heaven] He is our salvation the truth the light and the way love and god bless you all deanna and juditha

The 23rd Psalm. Written by David. David, as we all know was a sheep herder. It is only fitting that his poetry would liken us to what he knew. They read this at my father's funeral this week, as they do in almost all Jewish and Christian ceremonies. It is a beautiful psalm, and has given comfort to many.

It also has in it; "he restoreth my soul." Don, I'm sure could give us some insight into that one. It is a comforting psalm, Deanna. And you are right, it gives comfort to people of faith.

It wasnt nails that kept Jesus on the cross, it was love. I read that somewhere once but its very true what it says.
