I know this is somewhat off topic to an extent but do star signs have an important role with our spiritual developments?
Although not everyone is true to their star signs most people in my own experience are. |

Hi Jambo :)
Astrology is my favourite subject because I am in complete awe of it! I did write a piece that is placed in the off topic section (I can understand why it has been put there) I have just posted a message on reincarnation and the Spiritual Realms that the Soul advances through. These Realms are the Zodical Constellations. When a Planet passes through a certain Zodiac Sign an energy/vibration is released that affects the Soul in individual ways. The Zodical Signs, in the Spiritual Realms are initiation stations and it is from here that the Soul departs back to Earth. Therefore one might need to receive the Jupiter message with the vibration of Mars. This is then taken into the Spirit onto Earth and set into motion. On Earth, when a planet passes through a Zodiac Sign it vibrates and awakens something in the Soul - an alignment that often takes place subconsciously. When one looks at ones BirthChart, drawn for the moment of birth, the position of the planets in the various signs symbolises ones Spirits accumulation before this birth. The aspects made between the signs and planets is the particular journey and tasks that the Soul has choosen in this life. It is an complex subject but if one starts to look at what each Sign and Planet symbolises (stands for) a picture begins to form ... that may take many years or lives to completely understand .. lol :) |

Lol .. what an amazing graphic!
Scorpio Water - the purificatory waters of testing and trial. On the lower levels, loving darkness and ready to wound but on the Path the processes of reorientation transform the Scorpion into the Eagle. Symbolising the need to transform physical, emotional and mental aspects and lift them up into heaven. The tests of Scorpio provide the crises and reorientations which produce the triumphant disciple occuring on all levels, ever leading to higher spiritual indentifications. The nine tests of Scorpio: Physical plane - sex, physical comfort, money. Astral plane - fear, hate, ambition. Mental plane - pride, separativeness, cruelty. These nine tests confront humanity as well as the individual. Exoteric ruler: Mars providing the fighting spirit Esoteric ruler: Mars Doubly strong meaning those on the Path who reached the stage are not easily disheartened. Polar opposite: Taurus Earth and water must be blended and related, underlying baptism and purification. Warrior I am and from the battle I emerge triumphant. Scorpio is a sign in which battle is undertaken against evil "The battle for the Lord" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |

Thanks for the links Kyo - i will have a look :)
Hey Spitfire ... Thanks for the reply (I thought I might have left a few questions!) I think the tests are for - overcoming or to be overcome - lets go through them; The nine tests of Scorpio physical comfort this could mean overcoming comfort zones and not attaching oneself to physical substances like food, drink and smoking (im guilty of this) as we do take these attachments through with us into realm 3 as crutches and have to learn to let go of them there. (hopefully its easier there!) money well money ... money can become an obession with some people and money should be viewed as a means to an end only. (I would like to see a civilisation that operates with no money!) fear fear must be overcome because fear is the cause of alot of misunderstanding, blockages and a channel for malefics. hate hate no-one, love our enemies and our world will become a better place. ambition this is a tough one as in todays world we are told to do our best, have ambition, go far etc... it could be saying ambition thinks only of the I and we need to think more of the Us ... pride overcome the 'i am so important' mentality. I dont think its wrong to take pride in ourselves per se the way we look after ourselves its just the puffed-upness of prideness that is not very loving. seperativeness this could be overcoming the 'i am different from you' therefore i might be better/bigger/lesser/smaller/specialar than you we are all people who experience the same things albiet on different levels or perceptions. We are in this together. cruetly ah well ... this needs no explaining. Cruetly must be one of the worst forms of hate. Sex did you notice I left this until last ... lol .. (pulling your leg) this could have been your only question ... ::) Scorpio does rule the sex organs. Here i need help and its a topic i wouldnt mind having an open discussion about. We know porn is degrading (unless mutual partner consent to watch it?) but it can really make one 'mad' and it is possibly the worst manifestation of love ... We can touch upon the realms of Osiris and Isis and the missing phallus .... But lets talk about sex in the manner of 'making love' ... my thoughts are; this is a beautiful expression of ones love for a person. Does this mean one partner for life or multiply? what about marriage vows?... i have read that 'making love' in the spiritual world is a wonderful experience as here we have a real joining of the 'bodies and minds' .. here on earth, is this wrong? Is this why there is Aids? Maybe Kyo, the site he mentioned, or anybody else could help with trying to unravel this mystery of sex? See ya :) |
Title: Re: Star Signs Post by Spitfire on Mar 10th, 2006 at 11:35am
well, i can empathise with most of them - im not generally addicted to any substance, except yorkshire tea. i like money but, it does'nt rule my life. theres few things, which truely scare me. hate... definetly one i hav'nt conquored. ambition, i have ambitions, and goals - but generally i will share what ive learned from my own achievements with others. pride, i take pride in my accomplishments, and also pride in other people who have achieved things, similarley to which i have. seperativeness.... still gotta work on that, think seperativeness with some peope and hate are a bit of a cycle. cruelty, pretty much under control, unless i hate someone - then i feel detached from them , then i can unleash cruelty upon them with no remorse [another cycle]. sex.... im a strong believer in being faithful, and not cheating - thus coming back to pride.
Cant most people claim a similar thing though? or am i just putting my own views onto everyone? btw, how does the chinese calender fit in? if it does at all? cherrio craig |

Great replies Spitfire and Jambo, Pisces to follow!
Spitfire .. yorkshire tea!! I am glad to see the topic is staying with Sign. I did feel uncomfortable after posting the questions I had asked. Although it is a subject that is quite crucial in our development; one partner is the ultimate answer. We all do have Scorpio in us and the nine tests apply to everyone; the laws of life. Scorpio is the Symbol of (stands for) the nine tests. As these tests are conquered; the Scorpion transforms into the Eagle, soaring above the trappings that hold one down. Scorpio as your Sun sign Spitfire; shows your individuality and indicates your inner ideas, aspirations and reactions. Some of which may be known to you and need not necessarily be revealed to others. The further placements of the other nine Planets in the other eleven Star signs will portray a more filler, complex picture of yourself. People are unique; it is very seldom that one would share the same placement. Twins, although very similiar, will have degrees of differences of the placements and these degrees can be quite subtle. It is said; we need to go through the complete Zodical constellation before we can leave the Earth realm. Not necessarily in order of the signs and sometimes we might need a bit more of Pisces for example. Spirfire, the message of Scorpio is always needed in the world. In a deeper level it is a dying to the lower self, to ressurect to higher man. Does this make sense to you? Chinese astrology is a different form of 'teachings' and as equally good. The thing is with Eastern mysticism or philosophy they do not recognise the Christ impulse. (This is another discussion) ~~~~~ I would like to say; astrology is not a Illusion it is a Science. Planets and the Zodical constellation is a mineral manifestation and therefore does exist. For clarification to the discussion on reincarnation. ~~~~~~ nice cup of tea now! |

Pisces
Water - the waters of purification applied through daily life. Pisces is one of the signs which demonstrates duality, as illustrated by its symbol, which represents two fishes united by a bond or 'silver thread'. The two fish symbolise the soul and the personality or human form. The fundamental keynotes of Pisces are: Imprisonment or captivity. This applies to the soul which is imprisoned in matter, and the personality which is in bondage to the soul. Renunciation or detachment. This also has two aspects, for the soul renounces the higher life and light to descend into the ocean of matter, and then soul-infused consciousness must detach itself from the personality world and reorient itself to the 'One who sent it forth' into manifested life. Sacrifice and death. Here again is, first, the sacrificial work of the soul in redeeming matter, and then the required sacrifice of the personality, and the death of form, and consequent release to higher states. Service is one of the great methods of liberation and an important aspect of this sign. Exoteric ruler - Jupiter, providing the magnetic potency which binds the soul and personality in functioning relationship. Esoteric ruler - Pluto, here the destructive element of Pluto works on a general level, ending outworn forms and bringing the liberating processes of death. The function of Pluto is that of destroyer of the ties that bind man to the wheel of existence in form, and it brings about transformation so vital and basic that man eventually becomes 'the new and living One'. The reciprocal influences of Pisces - the two fish, the two rays, produces various effects: Duality Psychic sensitivity The process of transmutation The attraction of the spiritual paht. Tasks, goals and opportunities- The special gifts of Pisces are sensitivity, fluidity and liberation. Domination and right use of sensitivity. Control of fluidity and synthesis of the dualities found in every human being - between head and heart, mind and love, will and wisdom. Death of forms that bind and limit and the consequent release of the indwelling life. Service; the directed intention to serve is a scientific mode of achieving release, and recognition of the process of liberation is the mainspring of the life of service. Development and right use of the Will. Opportunity is offered in Pisces to achieve liberation and transformation of: Negativity into positive soul infusion. Psychic sensitivity into spiritual perception. Self-pity into compassion. Self-preservation into detached world service. To be guarded against- Passiivty and negative tendencies such as self-pity and self-concern; vacillation; lower psychic receptiivty and mediumship. Polar opposite - Virgo, custodian of the hidden spiritual life. Message of the Soul- "I leave the Father's Home and turning back, I serve". ~~~~~~~~~~~~ What do you reckon Jambo! |

Title: Re: Star Signs Post by augoeideian on Mar 13th, 2006 at 8:32am
Hi Juditha :)
Capricorn Earth - symbolising the stony places and airy heights of the mountain side. The Goat finds its sustenance in the harsh areas of the mountain which it is said it must climb upon its knees, and this is symbolic of the difficulties and testings which are distinctive experiences in Capricorn. The mountain top (signifying initiation) is a place where 'the four winds of heaven blow', and the up-hill nature of life under this sign prepares for this final testing. The keynotes of Capricorn are effort, struggle and determination. The goat, climbing the mountain in search of food, represents on the lower levels the hunting of the average man for material satisfaction; on higher levels it symbolises the aspirational search of the spiritual man for inner sustenance. The Unicorn is sometimes also given as the symbol of this sign, its one long horn replacing the two horns of the goat and symbolising the triumphant initiate. Capricorn offers opportunity for transdence of the form of life, elevation of consciousness and the processes that lead to transfiguration and eventually initiation. It is said to 'guard the secret of the soul itself - the secret of the hidden glory' Exoteric ruler - Saturn, compelling man to face up to his karmic liabilities and meet the testing that will bring him liberation. Saturn brings the ray of the energy of activity and intelligence. Esoteric ruler - Saturn also, re-emphasising the testing on all levels which the soul in incarnation must pass through to achieve transfiguration. Tasks, goals and opportunities Capricorn is often considered the most 'earthly' of the earth signs, and with the mountain of karma presenting the struggling soul with an unending up-hill climb, it offers continual opportunity to transcend the form life. It confronts its subject with extreme challenge and testing, but holds, even if hidden, the way to the 'Light Supernal' of the mountain top. Among the special tasks in Cparicorn are- the conquest of matter, elevation (of consciousness) and liberation (from the past in order to be free for higher and more spiritual life); the overcoming of pride and ambition, and the eventual experience of the mountain top (illumination) This has two aspects: The experience of utter loneliness and darkness, and preparation is made for this through many lesser experiences of it on the mountain path, the lessons of solitude. Illumination and realisation. But this should not be thought to complete the way; light connotes the overcoming of darkness, and the disciple who reaches the light recognises the need to return to fight and give himself in service as the message of the soul makes clear. To be guarded against Ambition and glamours connected with materialism and achievement. Over emphasis of form. Polar opposite - Cancer, the doorway into human experience and mass consciousness. Message of the Soul "Lost am I in Light supernal, yet on that Light I turn my back" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Blessing to you. |

Absolutely amazing info :o
Its incredible as I have from a very young age been suseptable to physcic energies, I have a tremendous sense of atmosphere and bad vibes. One place near where I live called Simister, which is a small farming village that dates back to victorian times, used to make me want to leave in fear, aas I kept getting incredibly scared when entering the village hall. After some careful investigation I found that about 70 years ago the old hall burnt down in a tragic fire and 8 children were killed. to be honest the first few paragraphs were hard to grasp but it does make alot of sense and I have just printed it out :D Thanks a bunch Augo, and 1 more question how come some ppl behave nothing like their starsigns? |
Title: Re: Star Signs Post by augoeideian on Mar 14th, 2006 at 9:05am Hey all- Spitfire.. you tiger! mattb1000, Jambo & Juditha :) How are you all?
In the old days Astrology was the Science of the day as Astronomy is today. For a more in depth reason of the change from astrology to astronomy please read my posting under reincarnation (god bless) Another reason for the supression of astrology comes from the churches; they placed it in the same catergory as 'witchcraft and superstition' i suppose basically because they could not understand it. However, Astrology is a science, a natural science that involves calculations of the star and planet positions, the position of the houses, the aspects, the declinations, the transits etc ... together with the Meaning that goes with it. This Meaning is occult or esoteric; it is Hidden from those who do not attain to seek it. The Wise men followed a Star to the birth of Jesus. In revelations 12 v 1 we read "Then a great and mysterious sight appeared in the sky. There was a woman, whose dress was the sun and who had the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head" These things will come to light. So to possibly answer Spitfire and Mattb1000 questions; there are levels to Astrology the more you seek the more you will find. The daily horoscopes are tabloid material but understand the Astrologer is revealing the 'first' level to the layman. Jambo; Pisces are sensitive to psychic intuition. Your experience in the village says that you do have this Gift, amazing something to be proud of!! Recognise that you are psychic, say I am a psychic! And trust in it. People dont necessarily behave like their Sun (individuality) sign's character identification of them. It depends on the Moon (persona) sign and Mercury (thinking) and Venus (love) and Mars (strength) etc placed in the different zodiac signs. Although you will find there is a trait of the sun sign in the person that is maybe being supressed because of a dominant Moon sign on the Ascendant of the chart. We are individuals here and anywhere else. mattb1000, Libra ... :) Just to add here; these astrogical writings are taken from Alice Bailey 'Meditation and the Rhythm of the Year' from Helen Blvatsky. |

Libra
Air - in which equilibrium is brought about. This is paramountly the sign of balance and equilibrium on all levels as its symbol illustrates. Under its influence experiment is made through careful weighing of values, determining and choosing, with the object of resolving the problems of the opposites - for example, those of sex, positive and negative, selfish desire and spiritual aspiration, etc. Libra is also concerned with establishing of right human relationships, and its influences work to achieve the ultimate equilibrium, the balance between soul and form. Its methods are the tests and trials of the interplay between soul and personality, and there is frequent swing between the pairs of opposites. It also brings interlude, pause, as balance is found, pause that can perhaps last for a whole lifetime. For those on the Path this is not only an interlude but also a prelude, for it is esoterically said both of its polar opposites, Aries, and of itself: "before creation, silence and the stillness of a focussed point." This applies to Aries in a cosmic and creative sense; and to Libra in an individual and progressive sense. Libra is said to "guard the secret of balance and equilibrium, and finally to sound the releasing note." Its particular domains are Justice, Law and Government, and the energy rays which predominate are of the mind; aiding discrimination and right choice, aiding law, order and organisation; and to a lesser degree the ray of intelligent activity. Exoteric ruler - Venus, bringing the energy ray of mind for assessing, considerating, making choice, judgement and decision. Esoteric ruler - Uranus, bringing the quality of order, lawfulness and the expression of Spirit through form. Tasks, goals and opportunities Libra offers the path of choices. Under its influence we learn to make decision rightly and remain poised between the pairs of opposites with which the path of evolution is beset; we begin to conduct our lives with some sort of order and balance, instead of being swept by events in all directions. The goal is to establish equilibrium, achieve that point of central stillness at which the decision of the Scales is made. It also provides the point for reorientation, refocussing and redirection of effort for the next moving forward on to a higher plane. The energy of law and order and this quality of balance make Libra a propitious influence for all that is connected with government, world affairs, judgement, law and relationships, whether of international, group or personal dimensions. The gift of organisation also paves the way - if rightly used - for building the forms through which spirit can manifest. The Libran period is therefore a good time to reorganise the structures through which we expend our life energy and the patterns and forms of the inner as well as the outer life. To be guarded against Indecision, fluctuation, apathy, failure to evoke the will to choose and then follow the way that has been determined upon. Polar opposite - Aries, with its energy of will, direction and action. Message of the Soul "I choose the way that leads between the two great lines of force." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ my love Caryn |
Title: Re: Star Signs Post by augoeideian on Mar 14th, 2006 at 10:30am
and im a Aquarian .. lol :)
Aquarius Air - with its specific qualities of subtlety, mutability and pervasiveness. This sign is one of major importance at present as we are at the beginning of the new era in which its influences and qualities will predominate. The graphical symbol represents the current of flowing water and indicates the quality of constant, changing activity and recurrent mutaiton. The two undulating lines also symbolise duality and emotional oscillation. The characteristic qualities of movement and freedom in this sign produce the psychological tendency to extraversion, and this leads eventually to a sense of brotherhood, group consciousness, universality and service. Water has two symbolic meanings: fluidity and purification. Both appear in Aquarius. Its fluidity is seen in the tendency to reflect surrounding influences and the currents and react spontaneously; on the lower levels this results in constantly changing emotions and the tendency to react to every impact. the purificatory symbol of water is represented by the well-known symbol of Aquarius - a man carrying on his shoulder a pitcher from which water is pouring. This is the down-pouring Water of Life, spoken of by Christ, and the symbol portrays not only the divine purifying spirit but the role of man in dispensing it - humanitarian activity through recognition of need, service, relationship and sense of responsibility. Exoteric ruler - Uranus, the god of the 'higher heavens' located symbolically above the atmosphere and signifying the ethers, or etheric substratum which is the medium of our relationship to the whole. This planet therfore brings the influence of universal consciousness and stimulation to explore the mysterious and invisible, master of the forces of nature and awaken latent powers. Esoteric ruler - Jupiter, known as "the Father of gods and men", presiding over human society with the ray of cohesion, harmony, expansion and union. Tasks, goals and opportunities Control of emotional oscillation; achievement of stability and balance between the opposites, and of right relaitonship; control of extraversion. There is a strong tendency to extraversion on all personal levels for those under the influence of Aquarius; they are extraverted mentally through their thirst for knolwedge, emotionally owing to their sensitivity, storng affections and social sense, and physically through their tendency to act in order to utilise technical means. Spiritually they also tend to extraversion through their fundamental inclination to serve. Joy is one of the characteristics which we are promised will be expressed in Aquarius. It is a magnetic quality and is linked with emerging consciousness of the whole. It can therefore be evoked in Aquarius. But the great keynote of this sign is service, which, in its true sense, is a science consisting of many varying methods and ray types and extending not only to humanity, but to lower kingdoms and also higher realms. We are urgently called at present to the service of the Plan of God, and mankind's cooperation is required, we are told, to found upon earth a focal point of such potency that it can be a significant factor in the Solar System and the seven Solar Systems of which ours is one. Such are the cosmic vistas of which we can become aware in Aquarius. To be guarded against- The storng general tendency towards extraversion and freedom; over-activity; lack of continuity of effort; constant search for outer diversion; imbalance between the inner and outer life. Polar opposite - Leo, individuality Message of the Soul "Water of life am I, poured forth for thirsty men." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ i apologise for my extra-extraversion; it must be because i have most my planets in Aquarius ... lol i'll calm down a bit i promise :) |
Title: Re: Star Signs Post by PhoenixRa on Mar 14th, 2006 at 3:15pm wrote on Mar 13th, 2006 at 6:01pm:
Hi there Jambo, I'm not Augo, but i may have some insight into this. I've studied a Cayce based astrology for awhile now, as well as trying to develop my own system of relating astrology to color vibration, Chakras, auras, etc. To me, there is a difference between the 'Signs' and the Planets.. The Zodiac signs seem to be an illusionary collective emotional human thought form (ha say that 5 times fast), which also represents karmic patterns. Interestingly, Cayce said that the signs are in a sense barriers to Universal consciousness--so they are things to overcome. In his life readings, there are a percentage of people who got life readings, who said that the "signs" were as the 'wavering' indications--meaning the signs weren't much of an influence or indication. Why? Because they were more spiritually advanced, and starting to overcome personality... Pisces as a sign, stage, or consciousness represents the 'death' of the personality, or the dissolution of same. So that is one reason, someone who is using their spiritual Will positively towards spiritual development, will be less well desribed by their signs. Astrology in other words is extremely relative... Also, there is also the question, perhaps mainstream astrology in general doesn't yet have such a great grasp of astrological principles? For example and the all important spiritual Will aside, say i'm an ultra earthy with materialistic tendencies Sun sign Taurean, and have a bunch of personal planets in the more self focussed signs (like Aries through Leo)... But i also either have Jupiter or Neptune Rising in my chart in or near the 1st house... Well spiritual will aside, this will change everything and the person in question is apt to be much more universal in manner, particularly if the fast vibrating planet (like Jupiter, Neptune, to some degree Pluto and Uranus, the Sun, Arcturus) is also in a less self focussed sign (Libra and up, particularly if one of the last 3 signs are involved). A planet Rising often becomes a dominating tone or energy in the chart, and can even overshadow the indications of the Sun sign. A good visual that i thought up is that a signs energy is like a diffuse and generalized energy field, kind of like soft background lighting... whereas a Planets energy is much, much more powerful and concentrated--much more like a laser as compared to that soft background energy... In the chart, there is no more sensitive and amplifying area than near the Ascendant degree, and as per Cayce the Planet closest to that is often representive of the dimension we came into the Earth from. So it takes a powerful hold upon our mental body and nature--these are as nonphysical consciousnesses and experiences. Interestingly in my research (i have some auric/color sensitivity), i've noticed that the relative strength of the planets (as opposed to the signs) often powerfully and on average show up in the mental part of the person's aura... The part of the aura which is associated with our deepest character traits, our deepest thought habits and patterns, and our belief systems. So say i'm an Aries Sun sign, which as a tendency, or average would indicate either strong reddish tones, or sometimes bright golden yellow tones, but i have Neptune Rising in my chart... Well, then i would expect to see much more of the Neptune energy than the Aries, and sure enough i have come across similar cases, and the person has a predominantly bluish violet aura. Course its not always so neat and cut and dried as that... The single most important factor in any birth chart is the spiritual Will of a Soul, and nothing, absolutely nothing in the chart shows this. A chart is fixed for when a person is born, since that time, they can have alterred many patterns within the birth chart, i.e. overcome some things, or brought fast vibrating patterns to a slower vibration. Vast study! I also recommend looking into Bruce's info on astrology, and how he talks about the "Big Clock" indications, where the Planning Center uses any material thing which has an observable and constant pattern as sort of hands on a cosmic clock for interweaving time line events (meaning translating nonphysical consciousness desires and energy into 'physical real world time events' i.e. limited linear progressive time lines). Interesting stuff. Also confirms to Cayce's concept that Astrology is not so much about 'causes' as it is more about indications. Meaning your birth chart is the way it is, not because of when you were born, but rather you were born when you were and with that chart, because of the way you've been in other experiences. A chart is a map to your karmic patterns and tendencies, but we should aways remember that that's all it is, a map of indications to tendencies and probabilities. This is a very important distinction.. Peace |

Title: Re: Star Signs Post by augoeideian on Mar 15th, 2006 at 10:28am Thanks for your interesting posting PhoenixRa. Nice to see a fellow member also interested in the subject. Your studies are brilliant. :) It is interesting that you say we do not see the Will of the Soul on a birthchart ... ah but is this not our gift of Free Will? As Cayce said; the aspects made in a birthchart is the journey during this life and the planets are an accumalation of past history. So the Aspects indicate the probable tendencies of outcome. For example; Mars square to Jupiter - the natural courage of the individual will be fully expressed but often in an unwise manner however; as his Sun is in Taurus he should show patience and therefore he should act carefully when expressing his courage. So we can say; this individual came to Earth with Taurean patience, along his journey in life he will be called upon to use his courage but his patience will be tested in how he expresses his courage. Free Will; he can react in an unwise manner or he can react in a patient manner. It is up to him; in all probablity he should have acted patiently as it is his natural personality that he should intuitively listen to; but this is the test. Therefore i think the Will of the Soul is shown in the birthchart of the previous life What do you think PhoenixRa? Very interesting that you are developing a system based on colour - sounds that you will or have discovered a jewel. May you be filled with Joy exploring. illusionary collective emotional human thought form (ha say that 5 times fast .. standing on your head ..lol) A nice sum up but i would prefer to say; real collective emotional human thought form! Maybe the word illusionary should be replaced with spiritual or etherical? My thoughts ... |

Hi Caryn, thanks for the kind words. As for the paragraph immediately above, i would say yes, relatively so. However, it depends on the attunement to the Field, Source, God, etc. The more attunement, the less influenced on average. I did pretty much say what you were saying already, as i said it is a symbolic guide map to a portion of our Karma. In that sense, it has shown to some degree what the Will of a Soul has done and chosen, the patterns it built up, but the Freewill in there here and now is supreme, or should be ideally. Seems like a good percentage of people are somewhat bond servants of their prechosen energies, etc. Quote:
Possibly. Besides, what some might call the Taurus patience, i call the tendency to intertia and passivity. True patience to me, is much more a Pisces tendency/trait, as in tolerance and abilitiy to go with the flow and let be. Quote:
Again to some degree. I'll give you an example from the Monroe I/There and Moen Disk concept more so. The Disk/I-There, or what i call Total self, contains many, many energy dynamics in the form of personalities/lifetimes, which is not limited to linear time. So when the Total self wants to create, or inject a new physical personality into incarnation, it gathers from within its various patterns (lifetimes, personality dynamics, nonphysical experiences, etc.) and mixes them almost like a chemist mixes various molecules to come up with a new and unique substance. So to some degrees, the 'present' chart patterns can directly reflect other life energies, but often its a conglomerate mix of many different 'strands'... Are there patterns in there, and perhaps even sometimes direct reflections, i don't doubt it. Right now, i'm trying to see if there are any observable patterns between the birth and death charts of two strongly connected personalities within the same Total self. Just recently found out Bob Monroe's birth data (no time unfortunately), and am comparing it to Moen's. Also, i may know a personality of mine, which seems somewhat strongly connected to me karmically, and energetically wise. Problem is, i don't know for sure seeing as 'past lives' are a rather subjective thing. I've gotten wide sprectrum of 'verifications' in more than a few areas relating to this, but again i'm not 100 percent positive, and might not be in this life. Quote:
Lol well the test of anything, whether spiritual, mental, or material, is does it improve your life, your relations to others, does it make you a better and more loving person.. In that sense, my studies aren't much of a jewel, but i do find it mentally interesting. Thanks for the well wishing, and may much joy be with you too. There have been some correlations done here and there, but A LOT of it, the stuff i've read at least, either doesn't make much sense, or really contradicts other sources. It has helped to hone my intuiton in trying to figure out people's predominant energies, and meditating on how that fits in with the chart. Quote:
Well the above i very much disagree on. Both my intuition and my Cayce studies lead me to believe that the Zodiac is really anti-spiritual in important respects. Though overall, i would call the study of astrology a potentially spiritual subject. I'll try to explain a bit of what i believe this: First off, i do not believe the constellations actually have a influece or force astrologically speaking. Did you ever read Bruce's Story of Curiosity? This might help a bit, cause in this story and exploration, Bruce finds out that when his "Probe" (his original Spark or Spirit self) first got 'stuck' within the Earth system, it had numbers upon numbers of dives into physical lives.. and kept getting more and more stuck. Eventually, the Probe was able to break free enough to remember some of its essence and other life memories, where at first it was much more unconscious. So the Probe kind of pulled a bit away from the powerfully magnetic Earth energies, and decided to make "probes" of its own, connected to and one with it, yet separate and not necessarily aware of being one with the original Probe (or Total self as mentioned before). The Probe realized that many of its other lives, could fall into a pattern of 10, or 12 major patterns/dynamics... This i believe (though Bruce doesn't say this) is how i believe the Zodiac was manifested, and this whole process was a fairly Archetypal one (and became a collective thoughtform of limited vibratory consciousness). Many, many, many Probes within the Earth system experienced this 'grouping' of its major dynamics. So, in my beliefs, the Zodiac evolved from an ever increasing materialism, stuckness, and forgetfullness of its True self within the Earth system. Hence why Cayce referred to them as barriers to Universal Consciousness, or what he often called Christ Consciousness. As we spiritually evolve, we move away from personality patterns. Personality is connected to the false self, and is more of what you want others to see, or what you think of yourself while being unconscious to self to a greater or lesser extent. Our personas, our fronts, our shields, our unconscious, our reactive and manipulative selves. But as a Soul evolves to Christ Consciousness, it drops personality attachments and reactions, its true individuality starts to shine forth more and more, and this Core self isn't so much swayed by the dicates of an uncontrolled emotional self, or the more purely left brained intellectual self. It responds more and more to everything and everyone on a more centered, balanced, and consistent basis. Its loses personality likes, dislikes, strong attachments to one or the other, or the repulsion to yet others. These are shown well throught the Zodiac signs via Synastry principles, but the Soul living Oneness treats more and more all as their brother and sisters, more equally. Or look at it vibrationally and color wise. Zodiac signs can be correlated to certain colors, and like any relative vibration, some mix more harmoniously or inharmoniously with others. Red mixes well with orange, or blue with violet for example. Well Love is the pure White Light, which contains all expressions in a perfectly balanced and harmonious fashion, and so can harmonize with any energy expression, whether of fast or slow vibration. The Zodiac represents the lack of this attunement to Source. Love and the Spiritual Will of a Soul are meant to eventually transcend these. The Planets i look at a bit differently, these are developing and molding centers inbetween lives. Dimensional experiences, where a Soul immerses its very beingness into that consciousness to balance or strengthen certain aspects of itself, so that it can reach that attunement, and bringing that into physical expression, as we must purify the physical to fully know Source again like Yeshua. We brought the physical into manifestation, and we must take it out. The Planets are more directly connected to our faster vibrating mental bodies, and the remembrance of these 'sojourns' are as mental consciousnesses within self. More spiritually mature Souls invaribly are more aptly described by the relative strength of their Planetary energies, and less so by the 'signs'. Again, as Cayce said oft, these then become the 'wavering' indications.. the Zodiac and its influence or indication is more relative, than the Planetary energy. Course they intermesh and intermingle to a degree, but someone using their spiritual will positively, will increasingly untangle themselves more and more from the relative and more material and emotion based reactive, personality type energies. Take care Caryn, Justin |

Title: Re: Star Signs Post by augoeideian on Mar 17th, 2006 at 6:39am Hi Justin and everyone, Aussie Aussie the book you have written sounds great - well done :) Thanks for your reply. You have given me a lot of food for thought. As well as Bruce's teachings; i written a piece for Bruce that is part of another piece (omg!) that i will be posting when the time is right. Justin, i like the way you think. I hear what you say re our Freewill is bound by our Karma for this is true. Therefore this cannot be called the True Freewill and maybe another word must be found to describe the Freewill under Karma .. um maybe Free Actions rather? For, one of, the ultimate goals is to attain Freewill in its true sense. No bonds or boundaries, creative energy. Breaking the wheel of Karma; a vast attainment for living in matter, circumstances and influences are ever present and unless we wrap ourselves away in cacoon we will always be subjected to Karma. i believe the truth is found in life experiences anyhow. So i think the breaking out of Karma needs an altered state of the World, as an event of the return of Christ .... maybe. The Disk I/There is a very good concept. Many energy dynamics in the form of personalities/lifetimes and non-linear. This is avante garde spiritulism that i enjoy. The more i read of the Disk the more it relates to my understanding and ties in with esoteric science and Steiners research. My piece that i will be posting to Bruce is an compliment to him. In my understanding; your research into Total Self personalities is the realm of Spirit Entities. Our Self is part of the Total Self. We are individual and we are part of a whole. The whole individuality might not necessarily incarnate - Here - as our Total Self/Over Soul remains There. Our Entity/The Disk is our house/home/realm/level/brothersisterhood. I do think that the zodiac is very much a spiritual realm on the contrary to anti-spiritual though, but i am attaining an understanding here and i would appreciate discussing this further with you. I hear what you say about the non-influence of the zodiac on earth. And once again appreciate Bruce's teachings of the Probes / part of the Total Self / part of the Disk. i have likened this to the symbol of Pisces; one fish swimming down and one fish swimming up - both connected by a thread. Maybe i am being stuck under the zodical barrier though, and i appreciate this being brought to my attention. In the quest of Total Freewill we cannot look up to Gods or heroes to be totally free. In my understanding of the zodical constellation; it was formed by raised thought energies in order to lay the foundation of our Earth. The same as what we are doing now; our raised thought energies will create a new zodical constellation. This is a creative process. At the moment though we are still within (not necessarily influenced) but within the zodiac that lay the foundations to this Era. We have the potential to create a new zodiac and make it whatever energies we put into it. This will lay the foundation for a future material/matter development, my understanding Jupiter. This is why, i feel, it is important for us to raise our level of consciousness to a Creative degree of freedom. Unless ... the Universal time is right to break out of this Solar System cycle of planetary development to go beyond this ... Somehow though i think these planetary stations will always be needed .... I am very aware of the 'dreamy state' influence of the Moon. Upon saying this i am a romantic and would would hate to think that my romantic notions fall under this Moon state. For i dont believe they do - there is too much 'richness' and creativity and love that goes way over the Moon. For this, my notions do not lean towards an 'matrix' type creation for God is love ... This, romantic notion, is part of the above posting that i mentioned. i feel i cant post it now as its just throwing to much out into the wind. And i await your reply to my comments here (im learning patience lol) Thanks Justin Have a great weekend. I'll reply on Monday. Caryn hope my text writing isnt to big cant seem to make it smaller if i type direct onto the reply .. oh well :) |

So whats a cancerian like then? I was born 30th June, and have been told I was born in what they call the week of the empath?.
I can certainly relate to many cancer traits, loyalty a bit of a drifter at times, fiercly protective of others, but when it comes to defending myself I will just retreat into my shell. I know a lot think its mumbo Jumbo, but if we choose who we are born too, whats to say we dont choose optimum times for us too? Cheers Vicky |
Title: Re: Star Signs Post by augoeideian on Mar 17th, 2006 at 9:28am
Hey starstream, Vicky :)
Lets see what the teachings of Cancer say- Cancer Water - the purificatory waters of experience begin their beneficent work. A great deal of the message of Cancer is conveyed by the symbol of this sign - the crab, slow moving, identified with its dwelling place and carrying its 'house' upon its back, both on land (the physical plane) and in the sea (symbolising the emotions). The life pattern of the crab demonstrates the prevailing characteristics of this sign for, like the creature who not only seeks the security of its shell but also likes to hide under a rock, those under its influence are highly sensitive, are apt to be fearful, and prefer to hide away rather than walk openly on the shores of life. They are home lovers and tend to build a shell around themselves to which, on the first sign of danger they retreat. The sensitivity which is one of its most prominent characteristics brings instinctual awareness on the level of the environment (the mass) and unification with mass consciousness; this is symbolised by the life of the crab in the sea - oceanic synthesis. This, however, is the negative response to the influences of this sign which is one of mass consciousness, and is linked with the signs of Virgo (the Christ consciousness) and Aquarius (universal consciousness). Cancer also has a deeper role in the unfoldment of the divine plan. It bestows what has been called 'the ability to respond to contacts coming from all points of the compass, and from every angle of the zodical wheel, and from that which is within as well as from that which is without'. This indicates its potential as an agent of the Life of the Spirit, a function made clear in the keyword given for the soul. It has a significant role in connection with the law of rebirth, being one of the 'gateways' into life on the form level. This accounts for its instinct of self preservation. Exoteric ruler - The Moon, which in this case veils Neptune. The Moon, being a dead body, has no specific influence of its own, but reflects or veils that of other planets in a mysterious way. Ancient association gives it a quality of 'at-one-ing energy' which achieves through the medium of conflict. Esoteric ruler - Neptune, a mysterious and esoteric planet, which has great influence upon the astral and buddhic vehicles, enhancing the Cancerian receptivity. It carries an energy of an expression of the Law of Service. It is also one of the synthesising planets, again emphasising mass consciousness. Tasks, goals and opportunities These are paramountly creation or expression on the form level; the transmutation of sensitivity; resolution of isolation; service to the whole. The opportunity and form of service of this sign is summarised clearly by the soul's message. In it lies opportunity to create 'a lighted house' not only on the form level but on higher levels also - a form which will irradiate light, be it a home, an enterprise, an organisation, a literary or artistic production or the personal life. To be guarded against The building of a hard shell and withdrawing into it and hiding in it instead of creating a 'lighted house' and shinning forth its light. Over-sensitivity; being swayed by mass-consciousness (the surrounding ocean of feeling and thought forms). Rigidity and slowness to move. Polar opposite - Capricorn, the mountain goat, which climbs upon the rocky mountain side determinedly to reach the mountain-top. Message of the Soul 'I build a lighted house and therein dwell'. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cancer does sound like the traits you mentioned as well as empathy; Life of the Spirit - the Lighted House is awesome. What do you think Vicky? :) |

Me to a T, absolutely!.
I have just whipped through it quickly,I shall read and digest thouroughly later on. Just out of curiosity is there truth to some star signs being more compatable with others for relationships, not just husbands wives but friendships too. As I have found that a large percentage of my male friends are scorpios, females there does not seem to be any signs which seem dominant. I will stress here that by male friends,I am talking about just friends, male relationships(of the ahem nature) do not seem to follow any particular sign. |

Free Actions sound like a good way of putting it. Quote:
I agree. As far as the return of the Christ, i believe this will and is happening in different ways. Right now there is an ever burgeoning Christ Consciousness. Some of this is being stimulated by the alignment and merging with the Galactic Core, as well as other even larger cycles being involved (and many more smaller cycles like the Pluto G.C. conjunction). Christ will return bodily i believe as well, and in that sense he never left. Check out "He/She" the 1800 odd year old of Monroe's last book. But as far as public appearance of Yeshua, well this will be a 'like attracts like' happening, just as his birth 2000 years ago was. The Essenes needed to make the way ready for him, and they worked their arses off in preparation for this, if they hadn't, he wouldn't have come like he did. Will be true for this time around as well, those who are his and love his coming must trample the way by fostering the Christ Consciousness within self, and then in groups, and eventually affected the masses. My sense is that Yeshua won't show up till a good part of the intense culmination of the changes takes place. Quote:
Thats a good way of putting it. Btw--i've read a couple Steiner books--interesting guy, and if i ever get some farm land, i would like to try do it like the Biodynamic farming methods he talked about. What are some of his better books in general do you think/feel? If i ever have the money, i would definitely read some more. Quote:
Well i can't say if Bruce agrees with my theory about the Disk evolution being related the Zodiac 'influence' or indications. That is just my hunch from reading what he shared about the Disk evolution. I agree, Moen's and Monroe's Disk and I/There theories are quite interesting, but NOT at all avante guarde. There have been Yogi's who have said quite a similar thing way before--that an indivdualy personality as this Justin is not what reincarnates, but rather a Monadic self which exists out of time, of which Justin is connected to and One with. But Bruce and Bob put a nice and fresh perspective on it, especially introducing the important Retrieval necessity aspect. Where we must gather up all our stuck selves/aspects which is necessary for completion of the Disk into its own Creator God/Goddess state of being. I tend to think of this existence and all my other lives as a practice run, and way of honing Love expression, for this. Quote:
Dunno, thats something you have reason within self. All i can do is put forth my beliefs. It's all good in the end, and besides, what does it really matter in the end? We both believe in Love, well that's the important thing. Quote:
Possibly, and when it really boils down to it, i really don't know for a fact either way. All i have are the various psychic information from others of which i look for the ones more 'verifed', and then my own intuitive ponderings. I trust Cayce, the various TMI authors, and a few other sources out there (like i think Steiner and Swedonburg were good at what they did). I've researched Bailey and some other channelers, and do not find much agreement with them on some key (to me) issues. Quote:
Again possibly, either way its a stepping up of the energy. I guess the question is, does the Zodiac represent a limited range of Consciousness and vibratory energy? Cayce, my intuition and experience would say yes. Pisces to me as the culmination, represnts the fastest vibratory color we see, violet. Yet as fast vibrating as violet is, it is still only a color and represents limitation. There is no sign (or Planet for that matter--except maybe the Galactic Centers) that represents the White Light, this is as a balance and transcendance of both the Zodiac, Planets, and the Chakras through the cohesive force/energy of Love. With that said, i'm a big fan of Jupiter. Its the Planet i came in from and is the closest Planet to my Ascendant. Jovial Jupiter, both sincere yet expansive and well Jovial (course balanced somewhat by being a Capricorn). Jupiter's energy i most connect to a royal purple color vibration, though people use it differently and not always 'purely'. Some who have it strong, use it more in the range of mid-blue, or some more reddish purple (incidentaly this is closer to the Sagittarian frequency). Quote:
Totally agree, except for the last part. They will be needed as long as Souls continue to believe the Dream is reality. Once Souls wake up fully, then perhaps they become Creators of their own Constellations, systems, and Souls to inhabit them, to start the process afresh and ever expanding the Creational expression? Quote:
I'm not a big fan of the Moon, i believe there is a good reason why physically it is ever inching away towards leaving the Earth... This is very symbolically important. But i'm kind of idealistic and dreamy too, but i connect that more to a strong Neptune and Venus force. Also have a moderate Aquarian influence, which is very idealistic. The Moon is a rather slow vibratory energy, and very much represents material limitation--also very connected to fear, emotional imbalance and instability, and weakness within self. Quote:
Well yup, i would say the best way to describe God would be as Love. I'm not sure what you mean by the matrix comments? But while God is Love, and we are of this, we in the dream often choose to manifest unlove and fear, which is as temporary darkness. This has and can be brought to a overriding reality (however unreal in the grand scheme of things). There's always that ever present law of energy which says, like attracts like. So unlike many who within the New Age community which chant that we are God, and all is God, as if this will awaken them, i believe to fully know God/Source, we must become fully like God--particularly in that whole 'love' department. As Cayce's Source said, and i very much agree, a person came to show the way perfectly, a perfect pattern--Yeshua. Quote:
Thanks, you too! Manifest a great weekend for yourself :) And btw, nice to meet you Caryn, i remember you said you were an Aquarian. I know how relative and conditional that desrciption is, but i can't help but say i love Aquarians ;) Because of my energy, we tend to be attracted to each other like bar magnets! Many people who have been good friends, romantic relationships, etc of mine, have had a powerful Aquarian influence--especially Sun in. I have Leo Rising/Aquarian Descendant with Venus in Aquarius conjunct the Descendant, and i have a powerful Uranian energy--in the Angular 4th (Scorpio), closely square Venus, and aspected to most of my personal planets. Being a Capricorn with such indications and with the powerful Jupiter, Uranian, and Neptune energies, i haven't ever felt much like a "Capricorn" in the stereotypical sense--except when younger i had tendencies to depression and of course 'deep' thinking. Btw--i recently had a deep insight about the Sun cycles as related to the birth of realized and near realized spiritual teachers. I got this info a little while after having a dream of meditating and merging into the Sun. If you're interested in this intuiton and info, which talks about the birth of Yeshua and other Initiates like Yogananda, then i can p.m. you the info or send it via email. Some of these Teachers could very well and rightly be called Solar Gods. Peace, Justin |
Title: Re: Star Signs Post by PhoenixRa on Mar 17th, 2006 at 2:34pm wrote on Mar 17th, 2006 at 9:50am:
Yes and no StarStream. Sun sign compatibility is way over rated and emphasized. There is a whole branch of Astrology devoted to this very same subject called Synastry, the study of chart comparisons and astrological attraction and relating principles. If a birth chart represents symbolically a map of energy, tendencies, proabilities, and Karma.. Then it would stand to reason that when you compare two charts you can see various energy reactions, or symbolic karmic connections. Carl Jung supposedly did a test proving astrology, where he wanted to see if he could put together charts of those who were married just by traditional astrological principles. I believe he said the test scored 96 or 97 percent accuracy of him matching the right charts/couples together (without knowing who was with who). So yes, there is very much something to astro. compatibility, and i see it all the time, but it goes way beyond just the Sun signs. For example in your chart, since you seem to attract a percentage of Scorpio males, i wouldn't be suprised at all if one of your personal planets, particularly Mars, Moon, or Ascedant wasn't in Scorpio or its opposite sign Taurus. Between charts of people who are close, i almost always invaribly see a powerful pattern of the two people having powerful same sign and opposite sign contacts between the personal influences (Sun, Ascendant, and Moon especially, and then Mercury, Venus, Mars, and South Node). I see it so often, well it constantly 'reproves' astrology to me. A particularly strong and bonding inter-aspect, is when one person has the opposite Rising of your Sun sign. So in your case, people with Capricorn Risings would on average being attracted to you and vice versa. Common in close Soul mate and Twin Soul chart comparisons. For example, Becky my Fiance and Twin Soul, is an Aquarian Sun which is opposite my Leo Rising--its like the two most important pieces of the puzzle within the chart, fitting closely together. To even strengthen this, her Rising is the same as my Sun Sign--Capricorn. And there are numerous same and opposite contacts in our chart comparisons--particularly between the stronger and more personal Planets and points. What i mean is, the placements and comparisons of Jupiter, Saturn, and particularly of Uranus, Chiron, Neptune, and Pluto don't factor in so strongly between two chart comparisons. Reason being is that these planets, particularly the last ones i mentioned, move so slow that many people are born with the same Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, etc. sign. So anybody with that placement, which contacts a placement in your chart (or vice versa), would also share that same general contact with many, many other people--particularly within the same generation. Takes Uranus 7 years to go through a sign, and about 84 years to return to the same sign (7x12) Even longer for Neptune and Pluto. Saturn takes about 2 and a quarter years to move through a sign, and Jupiter about a year. Jupiter and Saturn specifically are considered mediators between the personal and fast moving planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, etc.) and the slow, generational and impersonal outer planets of Uranus, etc. These transpersonal and outer planet contacts are important within chart comparisons, but you need the close and strong contacts between the personal planets to get the attraction--repulsion going in the first place. If you just have contacts between these slower moving planets, the relationship is apt to be a rather impersonal one. Astrology is a very vast study, and i agree with what Cayce's Source said about it one time when asked if it would be well to make a study of same, "Well for everyone to make a study of astrology!" Reading 311-10 But Cayce always emphasized the right study of it--mainly the relativity of astrology when considering the all important God given Freewill of a Soul. Not something as fatalistic, or even predictive. Take care, and hope this helps to answer your question. |
Title: Re: Star Signs Post by augoeideian on Mar 22nd, 2006 at 5:30am Hi Justin :) Thank you for your great reply. Please excuse my absence; Tuesday (yesterday) was a public holiday here in South Africa and that means everyone takes Monday off .. lol anyhow it was a nice long weekend for reflection. :) The return of Christ I enjoyed what you said here; i agree it will be 'like attracts like' a recognition of His vibrations that in turn will 'catch up' vibrations here. The time must be right and here i link the importance of what Jesus said 'My wounds will be kept open by those who defame me" His Etheric blood is His link to the World. His return will depend upon His Etheric Blood on Earth being at the right vibration. I have read that we are at the Midway point now. Ah yes the Spirit of the Essenes at Mt Carmel where Mary was initiated to receive the Spirit of Christ. Mary was also immaculately conceived. The Blood line of David; as Cayce tells us. They did work hard to prepare for this event and so His return will also be prepared for. Steiner was an great initiate. He broke away from the Theosophy / Blavatsky group to form the Anthrosophy movement. His ability to consciously enter the spiritual realms was phenomenal. By this he could make his senses dormat but at the same time keep his intellect conscious awake in these realms and he was able to explore the Askahic records and this is where his writings come from. I will recommend Steiner to anybody who wishes to attain knowledge of the higher worlds. His diversity in agriculuture, education, art, medicine, astrology, is remarkable. All his books are great; Occult Science is a good book to start with (i re-read this again over the weekend) This book emcompasses all the foundations. The Steiner books i have are; Occult Science, an second edition of Occult Science; Esoteric Science, Life beyond Death; Polarities in the Evolution of Mankind (here he talks about the West and East being diffrent vibrations) and various other authors that base their books on Steiner. In one of these in the Gospels of the Disciples - also brilliant, and an Astrology book based on Steiners research. All of Steiner books are taken from lectures he gave from 1900 - 1925. There are Anthrosophy societies worldwide and these will have bookshops. I tend to shy away from societies though and have attained all my books from second hand book shops -under the esoteric section! Jewels! The Disk is a nice fresh prespective and this is what i enjoy about it. Baggage free! I do feel, as well, that our history of the world needs discussing for future understanding. I gave serious reflection to my prespective of the Zodiac. And my view stays the same as it always has :) Especially re-reading Steiner and his writings on the Ascent to and Descent from the Zodiac. There is so much to learn from this... with love ! I do beg to differ that the constellation offers a limited range of consiousness. I feel it is a total consiousness that is part of us - this is our make-up. We are not influenced directly because we have already been influenced before we came to earth (our descent from the zodiac) but upon saying this i say that the alignments between the path of the planets in the zodiac path tigger some sort of response from us on earth. It may be likened to an 'appointment' or an 'alarm clock' What do you think Justin? Jupiter is also my favourite planet! Fill of wisdom and expansion... i would like to absorb your chart, your past-life research and your colour synthesis and discuss further. My matrix viewpoint is quite complex and would like to write about it in more detail soon. Once again apologies for my late reply. My love Caryn Hi starstream - thanks for your reply :) Justin answered so well, further i have read that if the female's moon is in the same sign as the male's sun it may indicate that Twin Souls have meet one another. There are definate synergies between partnership charts that may be seen. :) |
Title: Re: Star Signs Post by PhoenixRa on Mar 28th, 2006 at 2:00pm
Hi there Caryn,
Hope you had a nice holiday, btw its kind of odd, but recently all of a sudden my Fiance and I have been running into kool people from South Africa. Thanks for the info on Steiner, i believe though am not sure, that one of the books i read was Occult Science. Don't really remember cause it was years ago. As far as the Zodiac and Steiner's beliefs on it, i keep in mind that as psychic and intune as Steiner was, he was not of White Light consciousness and so his info must be filtered, skewed, and inaccurate to some degree in places. As you mentioned his conscious mind was involved in relating his info. In general, i'm sure he was quite accurate and i very much respect him and his work. I respect any channel who has high ideals, and actually tries to live them by helping others in a holistic way. Are you aware that some of Steiner's work is mentioned in the Cayce readings, along with the author of the Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ, Levi Dowling? I like both authors, and really like the A.G.O.J.C, but as Cayce Source pointed out about both above mentioned sources, which i have also touched upon, neither one had full At-One-Ment, so there are inaccuracies, errors, etc. in some of their psychic info, though as a trend they are largely accurate. So if Steiner himself was still somewhat responsive to the Zodiac, and if that does indeed represent a limited range of vibration/consciousness, then would he necessarily know better? Can one see outside world when one is still within the bag, so to speak? Remember the law, like attracts like. Well like also perceives like. Sources who have been fully Enlightened, might see things differently than Steiner, no? Again, i don't really fully know myself since i'm still in the bag, but out of all the psychics i've looked into, the one i trust the most is Cayce's info--to me it's the most 'Universal' source i've come upon. Again too, its not really that important either, is it? If your beliefs help you to be a better and more loving person, then the relative accuracy or inaccuracy isn't what's important. Not to say that verifications aren't important, course they are since we have both a left and right brain, mind and heart. What is your Matrix theory about, i would be interested in reading it? Btw, i have an article somewhere going through the planet's energy as related to color vibration and the Centers, if you want i can send this to you. And if you want my birth data, i can p.m this to you. Also, did Steiner ever talk about Arcturus, do you know? Thanks and take care Caryn, Justin |

Hi Justin
I hope you are well - thanks for the compliment to SA - our country is growing from strength to strength :) I do beg to differ greatly; Steiner was of White Light consciousness - very much so was he - this comes across very strongly in his works. He exalts Christ in the Highest regard. I am curious where that info came from? Ironically, some of Cayce's works makes me wonder sometimes if he was tapping into a lower realm - very few statements he made but some. I say rather a conscious mind like Steiner's than a sleeping mind like Cayce's. But i agree both highly respected and Cayce's work on 'the Story of Jesus' is one of my favourite books. I havent read of Cayce mentioning Steiner, what literature is that? i havent heard of a Levi Dowling either - the AGOJC sounds interesting and wouldn't mind reading it - i'll keep a look out ... lol we have going to differ on this for a long time i see ... the Zodiac, in my view, is not a limited range of consciousness - it is the creation of our existence in this Era. Steiner was very responsive to the Zodiac and i ask you to re-read his Occult sceince. Yes, indeed people may, can and will perceive these things differently - i find validation in Steiner across numerous esoteric literature though. Steiner in his introduction to OS explains the the purpose of his research and work was to de-mystify 'the creation and the higher worlds' this is why his work is very clear cut and straight forward and scientific, he was very conscious of not wanting to being accused of surrounding his research in a mysterious way. And i am sure this is the reason he broke away from Blavasky - although he kept a very high regard for her and his work is a continuation of hers. My matrix theory .. :) well im still to write it out which i will; but basically it is an extension of organised religion into a 'new age' deception and is the anti-christ. Pharmaceutical plus other related 'need the problem to keep business going' industries are part and parcel of this deception. I will write it out in further detail, based upon my opinion, observations, other peoples visions and my own vision(s) that i have be shown. I cannot recall right now if Steiner wrote about Arcturus - you are talking about the Fixed Star in the consellation of Sagittarius right? im trying to recall if maybe its one the the hypothetical (hidden) planets that Blavasky wrote so in depth about. i do have literature on Fixed Stars and will look it up once i am home. Also run through a few works of Steiner where he might of mentioned it - but i dont think he did. Steiner concentrated on the make-up of the human body and what happens to it while its awake and while alseep. Authors under Steiner might have. Why do you mention Arcturus Justin? Thanks for the kind offer of the colours - i would like that. I do have info as well and we can compare notes. Well hope to chat soon - love to you and your loved ones. Caryn |

For Betson 'Happy Birthday' for the 6th June :)
Gemini
Air - the changeable and fluid element through which the opportunities are known and eventually fused. This is a sign in which the function of duality is prominent. The symbol represents the two brothers, Castor and Pollux who, according to Greek mythology, had such a strong bond between them that, when Castor (who was mortal) was slain, he was permitted by Jupiter (symbolising the Spirit) to remain in contact with his immortal brother, Pollux. The mythological story, in which Castor symbolises the personality and Pollux man's immortal soul, is full of significant details. There are two facts of special interest: One is that Castor is no known to be a triple star and therefore is a true symbol of the human personality with its three aspects - physical, emotional and mental; the other is that the light of Castor is waning in comparison to that of Pollux, demonstrating that the mortal personality element is becoming subordinated, under the processes of evolution, to higher, spirituality, the Soul. The keynotes of Gemini are fluidity, recognition of duality, the interplay between the two selves until eventually soul control is reached. Through it flows the force which produces change and the opportunity which resolves the pairs of opposites. Gemini we are told 'guards the mystery of duality' and can present the 'word' or sound that leads to fusion of soul and form. It is pre-eminently, with its power to relate, the sign of 'the messenger', the intermediary between the Fourth and Fifth Kingdoms. Six ray forces meet in Gemini and this gives it much versatility. Exoteric ruler: Mercury, who is known as the Messenger of the Gods and the 'Divine Intermediary who carries messages between the poles with speed and light'. Mercury is the expression of the mind and fulfils the mediatory function at various stages and levels. For example, the concrete mind is the mediator within the personality and it also carries the message of the soul to the brain, relating to the illumined mind, the soul and the personality. It also relates the abstract mind, soul and spirit. Esoteric ruler: Venus, again emphasising the mind aspect. Tasks, goals and opportunities: The function of fluidity is the great lesson of this sign. The crystallised, rigid forms of the personality must be broken and the bonds of attachment cut, the lower forces must be transformed and transmuted, and the centre of consciousness transferred to even higher levels. All this requires a high degree of flexibility. This sign is sometimes called the 'constellation of the resolution of duality into a fluid synthesis'. the waxing and waning light which distinguishes soul experience and the growth and unfoldment of all cyclic manifestations are produced by the interplay between the two brothers, and the great opportunity in this sign is the establishing of soul control. To be guarded against: Vacillation between the opposites, diffusion of effort, changeableness. Polar opposite: Sagittarius, one-pointed and sending forth the arrows of direction. Message of the Soul: I recognise my other self and in the waning of that self I grow and glow. |
