Just curious how all of you experience your retrievals. Through meditation, journeying, help from technology, dreams, astral projection ect.

Myself most of them happen at night with lucid OBEs . They happen without warning or planning. I guess someone has plans for me time to time. First starting out with OBEs retrievals happened very often.
Using meditation to do retrievals happens once in a while, but often come up with something else happening.

The first time I attempted a real retrieval (knowing what I was doing) I used Bruce's methods outlined in the Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook.   I had success.  

The year before that, though, when I had only read Bruce's first book, I set the intention for a retrieval (and was basically hoping for any contact at all since I wasn't quite sure what I was doing) and I was using a Theta CD at the time.  It worked and was incredible, and I had two full-blown OBE's.  I think my intention and expectation had a lot to do with it because just sitting down to listen to the Theta doesn't always produce anything.

I don’t believe in retrievals.  My belief is that it is each persons responsibility  to be where he/she wants to be.

Having said that…

I assume you are asking how I/We access what you call “The Afterlife”… well here it is!

Usually  around here  (this reality) (wannabe) retrievers Are called missionaries.

My way is either Bruce's method or a hemi-sync tape or meditation. And sometimes just sitting on the toilet releasing. LOL  Yeah, a lot comes through then too. That brings to mind Bruce's Oklahoma City bombing retrievals he did while eating in a restaurant.

I have only done one retrival only and this was through the phasing method which worked amazing the first time but not since lol!

Im hopeing to pick all this up again as I love my OBE's  ;D
