As long as you don't start spewing pee soup all over the place and sister's head doesn't rotate around and do a full 360, I think everything will be ok.

It makes me remember a comedy routine I saw once about the Amityville horror.  The comedian is talking (he is black) about how foolish white people are sometimes.  He cites that movie.  He says something to the effect of:  "now if you have me in a house and an evil voice hisses GET OUT!  I'd be gone.  You wouldn't have to tell me twice - end of story."  "But do they leave?"  No.

Hi Deanna

Young childrens minds usually run a little wild at that age unfortuntly. I remember being a little older about 7 yrs when I was convinced I saw an angel in my bedroom floating near my ceiling,I screamed for my mother and she told me there was nothing there.

I giggle to myself now, yrs gone by and wonder why I was so adamant? And why would I have been so Scared from a Little angel? My imagination used to be so wild!

I can respect that, just bear in mind it makes reading your posts too much of a bother as well.  At least the ones over a sentence long.

What is "4gcse"?  Does that mean you have a learning disability?  You seem to spell and string words together well enough - I've not heard of a learning disability that only affects commas and stops.

Seriously, I'm not trying to pick on you Deanna.  The ultimate goal is communication, which is the product of both what you are saying and how you say it.  Not using "." and "," can change your meaning and detract from your statements and credibility.  It's not a big deal or difficult to place a "." when you take a breath, and I'm sure you can tell when you take a breath.  It's a courtesy to readers who are also burdened by time constraints and limitations.  For example, not everyone here has English as their first language.

Oki doki.  I could read that a couple different ways, but I get it.

What was the reason for your original post?  You related an experience that frightened you, but didn't really state the reason for sharing.  What was it anyway?

Ok, I'm going to try my darndest to bring this thread back to topic.

Deanna, can I ask a few questions to get more information about this experience?

1.  How are you and your sister certain that the bed actually lifted?  Could it be that you two experienced a brief out of body experience?  I'm asking this because one of my early OBE's when I was about 6 made me feel as if the entire house was lifted off the ground, but now as an adult I look at it from a different perspective of understanding and I realize that the house wasn't lifted, but only I was (not physically but nonphysically).

2.  Let's say that the bed actually did lift--that is an extreme experience, and that coupled with the "evil presence" you experienced indicates that something extremely supernatural was going on in your house.  Was this an isolated incident?

3.  Are there any other experiences along the same lines that you remember?  Anything that would explain why this happened to you?

4.  About the presence you felt or saw, why was it scary to you?  Maybe it only seemed scary because you were young and didn't understand?
