hi black napkins i read your link i thought it was really  interesting reading i couldnt understand the technical parts of it but i could understand the rest ive learnt quite a lot from it i know a lot more now than i did before i read it  god bless juditha

The Spiricom looks interesting. I think we could approximate the apparatus with simple home style gear.

The radio idea seems to work by interference with a transmitted field. A cheap and dirty version would take two tiny radios, tune then to the same space between station channels, and rotate them on a table top until they almost (but not quite) feed into one another. Then modulations will occur as changes in the hiss level. You might hear a "hissy voice". If you allow the two to couple a bit more, they will generate a squeal, that can eventually be tuned down to a growl. Modulation will alter the growl. Keep the coupling loose.

For the TV version, it's a simple regenerative video image, point any old video camera at the readout TV screen, turn everything down until it's almost (but not quite) going into oscillation, and look for images to emerge.

I'm curious, so if you get any results, let us know.

They don't mention Tesla (Edison's one-time assistant and inventor of AC systems) in this great little history of spirit communications: http://www.mikepettigrew.com/afterlife/html/evp___itc_history.html , but I'm sure he worked on it as well.  Some great minds have been involved with it over the last hundred years.  I wouldn't be too disappointed if it takes a few trys.

I know both Edison and Tesla both declared that it is technically possible to make a "spiricom" type device to talk with spirits.  When I looked at the photos at 1st I thought they could be easily faked but as I read on there were more significant findings such as spirits relaying accurate information about relatives etc.

Now what was interesting was the complete phone chats with the spirits!  If that was genuine then wowee!

But I'm afraid to say I'm not entirely convinced of it yet as these things can be easily faked and replicated.

Btw, i'm not planning on making one myself. :p

However, I remember listening to a recording from Mr. Flint, and the person who was talking was talking about how the Russians he thought would be the first ones to make contact. But that was along time ago, if they were close i'd assume we'd have contact by now.

Maybe it's still disclosed for certain reasons. Not sure myself, but i'd would be groundbreaking to say the least.

Has Bruce made any more progress?
