Title: What next? Post by TonyT on Jan 11th, 2006 at 6:22am Now that We "understand" the many possibilities of foreverness and afterlife, what happens when we are happy to move on? when we are happy to die and accept that we are dead? What do we do then? When we have no physicality ie, no ears and sound, no nose and smell, no eyes and sight, no arms or legs, no brain, no heart, no emotion, no physical wants or needs and perception of physicality? No need to eat, drink, sleep, no sexual desire, no feeling of hot / cold. no up or down, no day or night etc... What then? regards TonyA |

Tony,
Then their just might be emotion and thought, and an eternity to learn how to be even happier and more loving and do this in a balanced way through every situation, no matter how hard it is. That is the fun of it. :) Gayle |

Possibly, and impossibly. I guess thats the mystery of it.
What if beyond all of this it is totally unlike anything we consider? What if the afterlife is no life as we would perceive life? Thank life the movie is still playing ... ;) |

Tony,
From many many accounts, though we don't have the physical body and senses, our consciousness has its own equivalent of most of the senses, and for many an equivalent astral body. I'm sure it takes getting used to, but many people are surprised at how much of ourselves remain. M |

Is it true that our senses progress to a state that is unimaginable in the physical world? Or is that fantasy?
Do we stay in-touch so to speak with our loved-ones? I know this may sound a little selfish but I hope to God that I don't get seperated from my close friends that I know here, I would be lost without them. Also what about all my relatives that are in the spirit world like my nan and grandads & my great aunties and uncles who I loved very much when they were alive, to lose these people forever deeply scares me, this is my main fear of death |
