Hello eveyone-

 I just ordered the home study course, but it has yet to arrive so the questions I am about to ask may be answered in this course.  Forgive me but I am really excited and had to ask you guys a couple of questions.

First off, I have phased a couple of times before.  Frank, a moderator at Astral Pulse.com, helped me with this technique a couple of times before he dissapeared.  My question is:

How often can you guys reach F21?, or the 3D blackness?

I have been here before and it was AWESOME!  My 3d blackness looked just like a beautiful starlight sky.  I want to reach this place because it is almost a way station between the mind and the afterlife focus levels,etc.  Plus, as Frank found out it is like a blank sheet of paper on your subconscious mind.  You can change belief structures and change future outcomes in C1 (reality creation).  I don't know how, it just seems to happen sometimes when i go fairly deep.  It hasn't happened much to me, but then again, i don't do a lot of active work in this area right now either.

 I think the left and right brain must be fairly entrained and balanced for this to happen too.

Hmm. The other night, my mom wanted me to help her with putting together furniture. I was already lying im bed, so I just pretended I was falling asleep. I started breathing slowly and after awhile I noticed I was somewhere else.

I was in the 3D blackness. However, this blackness started to change to what seems like a place where there's a warm white sun shining? Yeah...

Anywho. My advice is just to have no expectations whatesoever. Do your best to just let them go as you relax. When I layed down, I wasn't even thinking about reaching the "3D blackness stage". I was just there in the moment. Try that and you might get farther than you think.  :)

I too have regularly this blackness with stars in the background. I don't know if this is what Bruce calls the 3D-blackness, but these little pinpoint lights in the blackness, just like outer space, are producing the impression of depth, of 3D. I imaginate often the earth ball seen from a distance. Well, you can go everywhere from this I think. Helpers, higher self, the retrieval area or focus 27 etc.
And, of course, focus 21. Never sure if it's really 21, but I regularly can go on a level with certain characteristics which I firstly discovered listening several times to TMI Focus 21 tapes. Focus 21 is a really multi-faceted place I think.
