Hi there Gemma,
Honestly, the first dream sounds much more symbolic than a literal E.T. experience, and seems to be related to your feelings about your friend at the time... Perhaps you felt she was "acting" as an Alien to you at the time...didn't understand her, where she was coming from? And she seemed to really lack a Conscience (no "life" in the eyes) tpwards you, in your opinion? The thing is, why would a advanced, probably super intelligent being which could obviously probably do anything it wanted to you, attack you with scissors? There could be a deeper level to the dream where you did have an experience with an E.T., but because of fear, your conscious mind changed the memory of the experience to suit your emotional state? Maybe it was just being very impersonal towards you, but not harmful, but in not understanding its purpose, and in being very scared, you attached a very negative image towards this being? Will read your other experience later, and thanks for sharing too. You seem to be quite the vivid dreamer, which indicates much latent psychic potential.... Peace |

Just read your other dream, and Wow the depth and amount of symbolism in there is just amazing...but i think much of it is very, very personal to you, so others answers would probably be of little help.
Just take it apart piece by piece and think deeply about what each major symbol and event means... Then, try to get a holistic sense of the dream, and this is usually done best by trying to feel the feeling or mood of the dream, and ask your Higher Self, lead me in the direction of what this message means, and help me to figure it out. A sincere thank you, and some appreciation towards your Higher Self would probably help a lot as well, as appreciation tends to open up the Heart Chakra which allows us to perceive things more holistically. Hope this helps...and good luck. :) |

Maybe, but then I spoke to someone who has experience with the Greys, and he reckons I was approched by a member of one of the groups of Greys. In retropect I don't think the alien wanted to "attack" me, I think maybe I interpreted it that way because of my fear of the unknown. Who knows what this alien wanted with me, it could have been anything. But I can tell you this, I have a very strong feeling that I had contact with an alien. It's not a case of wishing that I had been in contact, it's a definite feeling I have. As for the second dream, I have thought about it quite a bit and cannot figure it out for the life of me. I wouldn't know how to get in touch with my higher self either. Don't think I've ever done that before. I dream a lot, I recall many dreams, and I quite literally take more notice of what my dreams show me, than I do of signs etc in my waking life. :) Thank you for the reply. :) |

I definitely see that as a possibility, and my understanding is that some of us older Souls have prechosen to help the Greys, and allow ourselves to be experimented, or just observed in a closer manner.
Because they are more sensitive to energy, and can really be blasted by intense emotional energy--not something they have much experience or knowledge with, they often try to "drug" us in a sense, so we don't struggle too much in the heat of the moment of being scared, cause many of us forget our prior agreements. I believe it is very important to help these beings, cause they seem to be suffering big time, though in a quiet, desperate, nonhuman kind of way...and they can help us in some respects as well. Teach us how to be more "collective" and in turn we can teach them how to be more "indivividual"...and thats why they are so interested in us, because of our feeling natures and strong individualities... They seem to need more of this, so they can "Graduate" and become aware of God again. When did you have this dream? The reason i ask, is that Bruce seems to have worked with these, or a similar group a few years ago, and taught them how to feel, especially how to feel Love energy which is the most joyous and happy energy there is. Basically after that, they became a race of Jesus type Beings, though its possible that not all of them were able to shift in this at that time? Who knows eh? Just keep on expressing.... |

Consistent meditation would probably be your best bet... Its the time tested method of getting in touch with the more expanded and collective Essence of you. Have you used Hemi-Sync? I really like a few of the CD's, like Higher which gets me really deep, and expanded in feeling... Sometimes when we contact our Higher Self, or try to conscioiusly, we at first get clues here and there later on after trying to contact...sometimes its just getting led to the right book or people who have the info you're looking for. Other times the H.S. gives you info more direct through a knowing, a word, or through more but clearer dream symbolism.... Peace |

I think I had the alien dream approx. between October and December 2004. The guy I talked to, the one who has experience with the Greys etc. told me that they do tend to immobilize you to prevent you from attacking them in various ways. Making me float on my back, apparently, is one of their methods of immobilization. Other than that, I know very little about the Greys, although I have read Bruce's books and know that he had some experiences.
I've attempted meditation in the past, with little success, but I think it's also a lack of self-disclipine on my part. Maybe I will give it another go soon. Thanks for the reply. |
