Title: a dream i shall never forget

on a night two years ago i
was drifting off to sleep
and felt my body jolt several
times then i driffed off to sleep.then i woke up to find
myself flying over a place
by the sea,it was a bay,
i could see two giant stone
towers on the beach and i
could see hills with small
white buildings in them.the
scene did not change and it
was crystal clear it seemed
very real.

It sounds to me like you went out of body which we all do during sleep but we're not always conscious of it.
