Title: Voluntary Punishment Post by Steve_ED on Oct 10th, 2005 at 10:55pm
Strange dreams last night that gave me a moderate headache all day today:
In one dream, I am a lot of spiders and some other insects. I get a feeling that I killed these insects in one way or another and decided to let them get revenge on me. Surprisingly, after they attack me, I "feel redeemed and forgiven of my sins and like I have been transformed into a better person." This evening, I found a cricket on the floor, and felt a strong desire to just let it live since it has done me no harm. In another dream, I am swallowed by the ocean and must swim to the surface before I loose oxygen. (HOWEVER, When I discover I can physically breather, the dream becomes dispelled sometimes.) In the dream, I make it to the surface before I have to involuntarily breathe. This next dream feels like a scrap book of various images and ideas I have had about Atlantis made into a simulation: I am thrown into a realm with many pools of brilliant blue water and structures built of some smooth cement. Too hard to describe but the place registered as a version of Atlantis. After all these dreams in a deep sleep, I woke up with a tollerable headache in the back area of my skull and around the temples. My day so far has had a surrealistic and slightly unanchored quality to it. |

according to some prophets as the land mass changes we are supposed to see Atlantis arise again out of the ocean..thus it no longer become just a myth.
didn't Atlantis sink from earthquakes? you, a part of you could have been there and one of the survivors as you "breathed." it could have been really sudden, the way it sank. I don't know. I had a reading I was there too, but I never think much about it. it looks to me like your spirit is achieving balance through karmic condtions from the first part of your dream. btw, they say that cricket you let live could be good fortune for you, to show up in your house that way! ;) the headach could mean you are in process of working something out, some conflict on levels too deep to access just yet. all in all, I see this dream as part of the shift in consciousness occurring for all. love, alysia |

I experience energy in my head, especially the back, in very interesting ways. It's clear that the energy fluctuations come from my guidance. Sometimes I can feel adjustments being made. One time while dreaming, I could feel energy rushing into my head. As if the energy which contained the dream was flowing in.
I used to get headaches when the energy did its thing, but now I guess things have been adjusted to the point, where headaches no longer occur. My guess is that your headache is a precusor to the fact that your ability to experience beyond the physical World is going to increase. I also experience the World in a surreal way. The main thing is that I can sense the consciousness within which everything exists. This makes everything seem less solid. Steve, it sounds to me like you were releasing a LOT which is great. The way you felt afterwards tells the story. ;-) The releasing is either from this life or past lives.

I think this thread is right on....I've had many dreams of helpers shifting my energy around, healing this or that which affected the physical body as well upon waking.
once there was this Hawaiin helper..within dream state...she was great..she kept talking about my vertebrae line up in my back...years before, I had been told by a chiropractor some disconcerting news about those vertebrae...and he wouldn't elaborate..so I didn't want to focus on it either...anyway, to make a long story short, she worked on my back in the dream as my astral body is connected to my physical so it had an effect. I don't have any problems sitting now for long periods of time. I woke up and wondered "What is her name? Will I see her again? Is she my guide?" I never seen her again. love, alysia |

And I would like to add that the insect dream wasn't really all that painful (there wasn't much of an attack on me) as it was "releasing."

Regarding neck (and back pain), I used to have a hard time finding a chair I could sit in without my neck bugging me, now I hardly ever have problems. For a while, I even gave up my easy chair. I guess it wasn't the chair.
